hrbfcrule
Using youth maybe? Not this time. I miss buying players. I'll still have my Tord save going as well though.
snootyjim
Just tried to load all the leagues and it crashed during the setup. Didn't do that in FM12

hursty2
I always psych myself out by going in the bugs forum. But I'm still tempted to start my journeyman now or just with a Championship/2nd tier side...arghh! Why so hard?
Jason the Yank
Didn't pre-order, so didn't get the beta. I'll probably download the demo when it's available and look at that.
Nobby_McDonald
Has everyone decided what they are actually doing for FM13 then? 99% sure what I will do. All will be revealed when I finish my first season.
nava
Has everyone decided what they are actually doing for FM13 then? I'm planning on doing a bottom league club to the top save. Never done one before and really have enjoyed reading some of the other threads. I think Italy is looking Favourite at the minute. But seeing as I'm not getting it till its release date I will no doubt change my mind a few times!
Deisler26
Still not decided yet. Dnipro on the beta, but I'm thinking MAYBE a return to Santarcangelo...

Austinho
Not for me, I know nothing about these forums. Been browsing various threads since 2011, but haven't really interacted much.
Deisler26
Playing with the 'catenaccio' again? Might do. Not sure.
Jason the Yank
I know it's the beta so not necessarily everything is included, but for those of you who have it and are starting unemployed/at low rep teams, do you run into the board having a preferred playing philosophy? I guess what I'm saying is that it makes sense that, say, Barca or Ajax would have a specific style of play that they want to see, but I wouldn't think that a club like Cambridge United or RC Paris saying that they want to see the team playing a certain way. Some of the clubs (even at low levels) I've joined through applications have made specific requests, but in each case it's been easy to counter them. Strangely enough it's now possible to decrease your requested salary, which was prevented in FM12.
karax268
I have three at Rizhiquan. They want me to play attacking football, possesion football and focus on youth. I couldn't negotiate them away either.

karax268
Yes, though in my situation they didn't budge. I'm guessing reputation is important here. A club may be more inclined to let go of some of its philosophies if they can sign a big name manager.
snootyjim
You can negotiate what the board want philosophy wise? Yeah, they appear as clauses in the negotiation for your new club. You can delete them or add ones of your own choice.
