Nobby_McDonald
Progress on this save is unfortunately going to slow down over the next few months. On Saturday I will be going skiing (pending booking last minute) and then when I come back and go back to work, we will have started extending and refitting the shop I manage, which is going to lead to many long working days until it is completed in early to mid August. I'll still play, it just won't be as often. And I don't get to play as often as I would like to now!
SnakeXe
I don't know whether you're bothered, but, incase you are, your Skype name is visible on that screen there. That's a shame about a further reduction in your playing time, but I am certainly jealous of that skiing trip!

Nobby_McDonald
2016/7 - Newcastle Town (Northern Premier League Premier Division) It's where end of season form counts Board: Playoffs Media: 5th Bookies: 14-1 Season tickets: 95 (up 3) Start very well and we top the table early doors. We also make some progress in the FA Cup. Into November and we hump leaders Bradford Park Avenue 5-0 to go back to the top. Things are looking very good. Then we get hit by injuries again, this time in November and December. We manage to stay in the top three. Things slip in the New Year as Bradford Park Avenue pull clear, though we cling on. We improve, though the top two are now too far clear. We are bang on form as we make the playoffs, having won the last four and unbeaten in thirteen. We dispatch Witton 2-0 at Wincham Park in the semi final, before outplaying AFC Fylde in front of a record crowd at Lyme Valley to again win 2-0. We kick off our first ever game at level 6 at Droylsden and come away with a creditable 2-2 draw. Our first win comes in game four, a 1-0 victory at Kidderminster. We get into a groove, helped by a fine cup run and push into the playoffs. We even win 2-1 at leaders FC Halifax. Into the New Year though and our form dips. We rediscover our form and start shooting back up the table. A strong run puts us in contention for the sole automatic promotion place but Fleetwood seal it with a game left.
