Player interaction seems really unbalanced this year. Players really seem to hold on to grudge for things that most normal people wouldn't let bother them in the first place. I think this an area that SI has got terribly wrong this year.

Me too! After such a good first half to the season, I would be disappointed to miss out on the playoffs, although I would have taken anything above the relegation places when the season began!

An interesting challenge! People do the youth challenge a fair bit on here but rarely in such a poor league. It will be interesting to see if you can have success in Europe this way too! Good luck!

Congrats on staying up. Comfortable enough in the end and hopefully with a few good signings you can move up the league next year.

Also inserted into his contract is a 10% yearly wage rise and a 30% wage rise in the event of a promotion Saturday, 2nd January, 2016 Saturday, 9th January, 2016 Thursday, 14th January, 2016 Bedworth Utd (Calor Southern Premier) offer a contract to Jack Harrison. I try to offer a contract myself but talks break down over his demands. Saturday, 16th January, 2016 Jack Harrison signs for Bedworth Utd (Calor Southern Premier) on a free transfer. He is on a contract worth £120 p/w until June 2016. Sunday, 17th January, 2016 With Harrison leaving I promote Paul Kirkpatrick to Captain with Elliot Searle as Vice Captain. Tuesday, 19th January, 2016 We extend Jamie Case's loan deal for another 5 months. We will continue to contribute £0 to his wages. Wednesday, 20th January, 2016 We sign Left Back Daniel Parfitt for £0 from Bishops Cleeve (Calor Division 1 Central). He is on a contract worth £25 p/w until June 2017. with a 5% yearly wage rise and a 20% rise in his wages if we get promoted. He will replace Harrison as our first choice left back. Saturday, 23rd January, 2016 Tom Williams suffers a pulled hamstring and will be out for 5 to 6 weeks. Tuesday, 26th January, 2016 Saturday, 30th January, 2016 League Record W1 L3 D2 Managers Thoughts A poor month has seen us slip right out of the title picture. If this form continues we will probably not make the playoffs either. The big match against Leek was frustrating as we played well enough for at least a point. The other 2 defeats were just ordinary performances and our home form continues to exasperate. Hopefully we can pick things up again next month and consolidate a place in the playoffs at least. It would be a shame to throw away our excellent first half of the season.

A tough start but your not a million miles away from the top. A good run will get you back into promotion contention!

I personally like monthly updates as you can see the fluctuations in a season. I post this way myself, although it takes a lot of time doing it this way! I like the layout you have but it's your thread, do as you please!!

Some soul destroying 4-4 draws there! Seems like you just need to turn some of those draws into wins and you will meet your objectives this season.
