This is what i have done. 1. Downloaded all 10 packs. 2. I then extract all the packs in to 1 folder so i then have a folder where it holds 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10. 3. I then navigate to "My documents" > Sports Interactive > Football Manager > 4. I then create the following folders. graphics > faces > MEGAPACK Cut out 5. I then go to pack 1.1 and highlight everything in that folder (by pressing ctrl + a). Going to the "MEGAPACK Cut out" folder and pasting the images in to it. 6. I then go and do it for the remaining 9 packs and anything that comes up i copy and replace the existing image. 7. My "MEGAPACK Cut out" folder then houses 13,946 files which include all the images, a .DS_Store, config, and a READ ME file. 8. I go in to my Football Manager 2009 game and go to Preferences and then open the Display and Sound. 9. I untick "Use Skin Cache" and make sure "Always Reload Skin On Confirm" is ticked. I then press "Confirm". 10. I then go to search for a player example Christiano Ronaldo expecting to see an image and there is none. I then look for further players and there is none. Im guessing that it hasn't worked with what i have done. I'm guessing i have done something wrong somewhere. Can anyone pin point the place i have gone wrong and help me. Thanks. Yes, each update contains a new config file which over-writes the previous, so you can download each one in your own time. This will annoy you, but I think it might be best to start over now we have a single download link. It will take a while, but includes all updates to 1.11.
