If it's a ruled pad, I may go for that over the mug. That said, once the price starts dropping closer to release, that's when i'm likely to decide. In a genral way I agree but I think the first patch is enough to wait for. The first year of game usually is used to give the team a shape , tactics, player, staff etc etc so I believe the first patch will be enough to manage the first confused year. When the game is cruising the second patch will eliminate major problems. BTW my best compliments SI on how you support the game after the selling phase, that's another classy touch of FM10 !
