If you add singular diseases it seems less realistic because you will notice types that aren't included: Tonsilitis, Malaria, Dengue Fever and Meningitis are just some examples of widespread diseases that should be included if swine flu is. But really in FM terms its a cold or flu with a larger chance of spreading I would say. Haynes28 has a point about all the injuries not included.
