It's here, it's back after 3 very much failed attempts and I know I said I was only going to do the Bilbao, Fraud & San Marino saves but....well...I've made these leagues myself over the last week or so.

These leagues are basic, very basic. I just wanted the leagues to be in the game so they're not going to be true to reality, Afghanistan, for instance, in real life it's two groups of four teams and some teams finish the season having played three games, with my league though it's one group of eight teams leading to twenty-eight games per season. If a league has twelve teams or less in then they play each other four times. B-Teams are able to be promoted/ relegated and the league rules are very basic and I also haven't added any foreigner restrictions, prize money or awards for any leagues that I've added.

If I were to load every league from every country then it would be 467 leagues from 188 nations (Africa is still criminally under-researched but I was able to get twenty nations out of it.)

Instead I'll be starting in Afghanistan and loading five countries at a time.

This should make continental competitions interesting and hopefully means that when I load a new country half of the players won't be 28 but in their first season at the club.

YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! Et cetera.

I was literally about to start making a database on FM18 with a basic league structure for every country in the world. I am loving this so, so much and you've barely even started :D

What countries are excluded and are the international competitions changed?

I've not changed any international competitions and the majority of them are African along with a couple of North American and Oceanic countries.

Could I have a list of some kind for the excluded countries perhaps? Hopefully that is not too much work for you. Doesn't matter if you can't, really. I'll throughly enjoy this either way.

Spent 4 years contract working throughout the sandpit that is Afghan - Herat brings back some fond memories, also some not so fond....I actually watched a football match in Kabul (Ghazi Stadium) with my interpreter, was a wild match with a lot going on off the field.

Love the North of the country with Mazari being a beautiful place - the Blue Mosque is an amazing place where I was made most welcome, the South however is another story!

Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, DR Congo, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritania, Mauritius, Namibia, Niger, Rwanda, Sao Tome & Principe, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania & Togo are missing from Africa.

Wallis & Futuna and St. Pierre & Miquelon are the only two others missing that I can think of.

Wow, not very often that someone's seen a football match in Afghanistan! Who was playing? From what I hear the standard is terrible there, and thankfully we're in the more northern part of the country!

Do you have domestic cups in your databases + have you Saint Barthelemy (which was not last year in game)?

If the country has domestic cups then the countries FA Cup, Super Cup & League Cup will be in, and yes we do have Saint Barthelemy! :D

Huh. Did not expect to see DR Congo, Kenya and Somalia on there. St. Pierre & Miquelon have a 3 team competition so it's understandable why that's excluded despite everything being ready in the database.

Dang, Saint Barthelemy is in the game? That's one of the few countries I really missed in the FM18 database.

DR Congo is definitely the biggest surprise, but I still have 188 nations that I'm able to manage in! :D

2 hours and the first silverware is already in the pocket. How unexpected

(sorry if I respond a bit much now, I am way excited for this especially with the different format you use)

Afghanistan isn't too difficult with all teams being on a pretty level field, and respond as much as you like, I don't mind at all! :D

God, one update in on your second team and they haven't won the title yet? Resign in shame, unacceptable. Incredible stuff as always, I see you have yourself a working tactic.

For shame. :( It's one of knap's tactics, yet again I'm a complete and utter fraud.

So, after I said that I made very FA Cup a 2-legged affair, I don't realise that I made the Albanian Cup 1-legged, and that I said every league with 12 teams or less plays each other 4 times? Yea, forgot to do that for the Albanian 2nd tier so they only play 18 league games.  Anyway, a very mixed start to the league with a couple of very big wins but we're still down in 13th early on.

How do the tables look in the other tiers? Is the Kategoria II in groups like in real life or is it one big competition?

Doing very well holding off the rest of the top teams

Here's how the rest of Albania looks:
