birkelse
I was bidding for a 17 year old Argentine player, valued 500000 £ , they want 21,5 mill £ ?. How can they want so much ? I thinks its strange, but maybe i am wrong about it. https://gyazo.com/0cf0de059350c8de25827a7c7658fe20
decapitated
I would imagine thats the selling clubs way of saying "no sell"by putting the price up to an unrealistic amount.
sporadicsmiles
They do not want to sell him, so they quote you a really high price to tell you to go away. Or if you are dumb enough to pay that much, then we are happy to sell. Any time you see this, it means a player is not for sale. Stick him on a shortlist, monitor his progress, and maybe you can bid in the future. You cannot sign everyone, all the time.
HUNT3R
A scout report would show what a club would likely sell for, if at all.
FrazT
They are giving you a pretty strong message that he is not for sale unless you blow them out of the water with a bid.
Nacaw
You can probably get it down to around half For a good enough player, that isn't a bad price.
birkelse
He is on the reserve team at Lanus, thats why i tought it was very expensive. Was just looking at him, bid the 500000 £ to see. I have to sell players for big money at Rangers, to maybe get him for 10 mill £.Thx for replys. Snorks
If you pursue it, you could get him for around 12mil - ish. As a general, loose, rule of thumb, you have bid 0.5mil, they ask 21.5m - half the difference between the two, add it to your initial bid, and you will be somewhere close to the price they will accept.
