hrbfcrule
February 2050 Euro Cup 1st Knockout Round 1st Leg: Tord 3-0 Rangers Well I was not expecting this. Rangers may have had more chances but we by far had the better ones. Axel Nordgren (YP71) opened the scoring in the 15th min and it was as much as we deserved. We started to falter towards half time but luckily Rangers couldn't make anything of this. We started the 2nd like we started the 1st and were awarded a penalty a few mins into it. Phillip Nilsson (YP70) stepped up and slotted it home. Just like when we scored the 1st time we kind of laid off them for a bit allowing Rangers to have a few dangerous chances. However it was from one of these chances that we added our 3rd, a quick counter allowed us to break through their defence and Eddie Rubin (YP72) calmly slotted home for an incredible 3-0. On of the best results of my career. Euro Cup 1st Knockout Round 2nd Leg: Rangers (2) 2-2 (5) Tord We managed to prove it wasn't a flash in the pan as we held Rangers away from home. They twice took the lead and twice Karl Jawo (YP80) equalised. That wasn't the whole story though, just like the 1st leg we had much better chances than them however this time we weren't as clinical. If we had been we could have easily beaten them at home but I will definitely take a draw and a place in the next round. 2 incredible performances, so proud . Lets see those co-efficients rise and see Sweden move up the rankings! Don't know why they continually overlook you for the national job though. Thanks. The National job is really frustrating me now, I honestly don't understand how I haven't been awarded it yet. Great run in Europe man, if I've looked at your career record correctly that's the first time you break past the group stage? Thanks. hrbfcrule
March 2050 Swedish Super Cup: Malmo FF 2-0 Tord Put out a weak team due to the Euro Cup match 3 days later. We rightly got beaten. Malmo deserved this win as we struggled to deal with them all match. We didn't help ourselves though as we got a man sent off in the 68th min as we were looking to mount a late comeback. Euro Cup 2nd Knockout Round 1st Leg: Valencia 2-0 Tord Despite resting our players we just couldn't compete with the superiority of the Spanish team. This was a very respectable score from our point of view, even more so because we had a man sent off for the 2nd match in a row. League: GAIS 1-3 Tord Got off to a great start in the league as we comfortably saw off GAIS. Rickard Persson (YP81) got us off to a great start with a goal after 7 mins. GAIS equalised almost immediately but we dominated the rest of the match. Our domination was duly converted into two more goals, Rickard Persson (YP81) and Rickard Risberg (YP86) getting them. Euro Cup 2nd Knockout Round 2nd Leg: Tord (0) 0-4 (6) Valencia We were fantastic again, don't let the scoreline fool you. We kept a goalless 1st half wth a solid defensive display but at half time I decided we had to attack. It was now or never. Unfortunately we were picked apart as we tried to push forward for some goals. We went more and more attacking desperate for at least a consolation but Valencia's counter attacks hit us hard as we crashed to an undeserved 4-0 defeat. League: Malmo FF 1-3 Tord A very tough match but this time I put our 1st team in and they showed our reserves how to do it. An even 1st half ended at 1-1, Stefan Zhubi (YP76) put us 1-0 up with a great strike but Malmo equalised in injury time. We pushed on in the 2nd half and Karl Jawo (YP80) and Oskar Svedberg (YP69) both scored to give us a much deserved win. League: Tord 3-2 Oddevold Despite dominating the game we really struggled to score the goals. Then out of nowhere Oddevold took the lead. Their lead didn't last long as Rickard Persson (YP81) scored not once but twice to give us the lead. Then in the 89th min after we had failed to close down the game Oddevold equalised. It looked like we had blown it but in the 94th min Karl Jawo (YP80) netted to keep our 100% league record. hrbfcrule
April 2050 League: Tord 1-1 AIK Our 1st dropped points in the league as AIK luckily hold on to a point. We were all over them but it was AIK who took the lead late in the 1st half. It looked like it was going to be "one of those games" until the 82nd min when Eddie Rubin (YP72) netted with a quality finish. League: IFK Goteborg 2-1 Tord We drop more points but this time it was deserved. Goteborg took the lead late in the 1st half but Axel Nordgren (YP71) equalised the other side of half time. Our parity didn't last long as Goteborg again took the lead and this time held on to it. League: Tord 5-0 Vasby A great way to respond to a league defeat. Axel Nordgren (YP71) netted a hat trick with Eddie Rubin (YP72) and Oskar Svedberg (YP69) chipping i with a goal apiece. League: Tord 2-1 Atvidaberg Unlike the previous match this one was much closer. Eddie Rubin (YP72) gave us the lead just after the half an hour mark. We failed to add a 2nd goal to make the points safe and paid the price when Atvidaberg equalised late on. Axel Nordgren (YP71) took advantage of some poor defending in the 82nd min to give us he win we deserved. League: Orebro 0-3 Tord A poor 1st half from us which remained goalless and Orebro having the better chances. A few tweaks at half time completely changed the complexion of the game as we immediately took the lead and then went on to add a few more. Karl Jawo (YP80) broke the deadlock and Rickard Persson (YP81) added 2 more as we eventually eased past Orebro. League: Helsingborg 1-4 Tord Another great away performance, Rickard Persson (YP81) netted a hat trick to make it 5 in 2 games. Stefan Zhubi (YP76) got our other goal Helsingborg were rarely a threat until the dying seconds when they got their consolation goal. League: Tord 2-1 Skarhamn A pretty poor performance. 2 goals in 2 mins saved us, Rickard Persson (YP81) and Karl Jawo (YP80) got the goals. Skarhamn got 1 back in the 80th min to set up a nervy finish but we held onto the 3 points.
hrbfcrule
May 2050 League: Tord 3-1 Hammarby Fotboll Struggled to break them down but they tired in the 2nd half allowing us to exploit the gaps much more effectively. Rickard Persson (YP81), Erik Fahlman (YP74) and Olle Andersson (YP84) scored late in the 2nd half before Hammarby got a consolation. Swedish Cup 3rd Round: Oster 3-3p Tord Still haven't won a Cup match for 5 years but at least we progressed this time. They were 2 divisions below us but we still somehow struggled to get past them. We absolutely thrashed them on the pitch but they were getting all the luck in front of goal, 3 goals from 5 on target and they were mostly long shots. Rickard Persson (YP81) netted twice and Kristoffer Arvidsson (YP77) got 1 to take the match to penalties. We won the pens 4-2 bt we really should have had it won in normal time. League: IK Sirius 4-4 Tord An absolute thriller of a game. We went 3-0 up with 3 well taken goals, 2 by Eddie Rubin (YP72) and the other by Karl Jawo (YP80), before the half an hour mark. IK Sirius got 1 back before an own goal restored our 3 goal lead. From that moment it was all IK Sirius and we were struggling to survive their onslaught. They made it 4-2 before half time and in the 75th min they reduce the lea to just 1 goal. 2 mins later they got a red card and I thought that was the let off we needed but if anything that made them even more dangerous and eventually they got the equaliser in the 79th min. They totally deserved 3 points and we can count ourselves very lucky. League: Tord 2-0 Mjallby A confident display but could have done a bit better. Karl Jawo (YP80) and Adam Karlsson (YP65) scored within 2 mins of ach other just before half time. We were pretty weak in the 2nd half as we sat back on our lead. Mjallby just weren't good enough to trouble us. League: Syrianska FC 1-2 Tord A very good display considering Erik Fahlman (YP74) got sent off in the 35th min. Despite the man disadvantage we were by far the better team and could have easily scored 5 or 6 goals had our strikers been on form. Oskar Svedberg (YP69) and Rickard Persson (YP81) both scored either side of a Syrianska goal.

hrbfcrule
June 2050 League: Tord 3-0 GAIS A big win in the end but we left it late with the breakthrough coming just before the hour mark, Stefan Hedlund (YP64) getting the goal. Oskar Svedberg (YP69) and Karl Jawo (YP80) made the points safe with goals in the last 10 mins. Swedish Cup 4th Round: Assyriska 2-3 Tord We really struggled in the 1st half an hour and immediately went 2-0 down. Pretty embarrassing considering they are in the division below. However a more attacking approach seemed to do the trick. Goals from Rickard Persson (YP81) and Karl Jawo (YP80) put us level by half time. Oskar Svedberg (YP69) completed the comeback with a header in the 2nd half.
hrbfcrule
July 2050 League: Oddevold 1-3 Tord We went behind after we had a disappointing 1st half. Right at the end of the 1st half Rickard Persson (YP81) equalised to really turn the game around. He then scored another in the 2nd half before Stefan Hedlund (YP64) made the points safe with a 3rd. League: Tord 1-0 Vasteras SK An average performance, good enough for the win but not spectacular. Stefan Zhubi (YP76) scored from the spot to give us all 3 points. We could have had a few more but our strikers were having an off night. Champions League Champions 3rd Qual Rnd 1st Leg: Tord 2-0 IA Put into the right part of the draw \o/. We were pitted against the Icelandic champions and were expected to win comfortably. 2 goals from Rickard Persson (YP81) in the 2nd half secured the win but we really should have had half a dozen goals. League: Tord 1-1 Malmo FF We were very poor and very lucky to escape with a point. Rickard Persson (YP81) gave us the lead after a quarter of an hour but Malmo were all over us and it was only a matter of time before they equalised. They did so in the 66th min but we fended them off getting the winner.
hrbfcrule
August 2050 Champions League Champions 3rd Qual Rnd 2nd Leg: IA (1) 1-1 (3) Tord Oskar Svedberg (YP69) scored relatively early on to all but secure our place in the next round but I was disappointed not to hold out for the win as IA equalised in the dying seconds. Elsewhere in Europe AIK lost out in the Champions League Best Placed 3rd Qualifying Round 6-2 on aggregate to Fenerbahce. In the Euro Cup GAIS beat Metalurgs 5-1 in the 2nd qualifying Round before losing out to Basel 3-0 in the 3rd qualifying Round despite drawing 0-0 away. IFK Goteborg powered past Milano Kumanovo, winning 7-1 on aggregate. League: AIK 4-6 Tord What an absolute cracker of a match. 10 goals, 2 reds, 2 hat tricks, a penalty and a few yellows as well. Rickard Persson (YP81) got us off to a great start by scoring in the 5th min. AIK then were awarded a dubious penalty 6 mins later. They converted it to restore parity. The balance tipped our way again as Karl Jawo (YP80) retook the lead for us and then Oskar Svedberg (YP69) headed in our 3rd. Some poor defending on the wing allowed AIK to reduce their deficit to just a single goal. Things swung AIK's way in the second half as Adam Karlsson (YP65) was shown a straight red for a bad tackle just 10 mins into the half. Just a few mins later AIK equalised as the game looked to be slipping away from us. Then right from the kick off Rickard Persson (YP81) walked through their defence to score our 4th and give us the lead for the 3rd time this match. It was far from finished there though, AIK got their own straight red card for a similar tackle to Adam Karlsson (YP65)'s earlier yet that seemed to invigorate them as they scored an absolute rocket in the 81st min which looked to have rescued them a point. Yet there was still more to come: 4 mins later Stefan Zhubi (YP76) netted to gave us the lead for a 4th time in the match and this time we hung onto it. The perfect game was capped off in the 95th min when Rickard Persson (YP81) completed his hat trick with a tap in header. [video=youtube;rKBqGFIKH_Q] Swedish Cup Quarter Final: Tord e2-1 Vasteras SK We really seem to struggle in the cup, if it had been a league game we would have walked it. A dismal 1st half barely saw a shot let alone a goal. Things brightened up in the 2nd half, Eddie Rubin (YP72) scored in the 61st min which kicked the game into life. Suddenly Vasteras were all out attack and pinning us back. We couldn't cope and conceded an equaliser which took the game to extra time. I went all out attack in extra time and it eventually paid off as Eddie Rubin (YP72)'s 2nd of the game booked us a place in the semi final. League: Tord 1-1 IFK Goteborg Unlike the last league game we were pretty poor in this one. Goteborg scored early on and we struggled to get an equaliser. Niclas Wennberg (YP83) headed home an equaliser in the 79th min. A lucky escape to keep our unbeaten home league record in tact. Champions League Champions Playoff 1st Leg: Tord 2-0 Zurich We were up against the Swiss champions for a place in the Champions League group. It was one of the most comfortable games I've seen. We could have easily had half a dozen but will have to settle for a couple. Eddie Rubin (YP72) and Axel Nordgren (YP71) netted in the 2nd half to give us a good lead to take into the away leg. League: Vasby 0-0 Tord Really struggling in the league due to fixture congestion. A very poor display against a weak side. We dominated but failed to create decent chances, a real disappointment. Champions League Champions Playoff 2nd Leg: Zurich (0) 0-4 (6) Tord If I thought the 1st leg was comfortable then I don't know what I'd call this. We probably could have had double figures on a good day. A Rickard Persson (YP81) brace in the 1st half set us on our way with added goals from Karl Jawo (YP80) and Oskar Svedberg (YP69) sealing an emphatic victory. In the Euro Cup 4th Qualifying Round IFK Goteborg and AIK made it through to the groups with wins over Spartak Moscow and Olimpi Rustavi respectively. Malmo unfortunately lost heavily to Leverkusen. League: Atvidaberg 1-2 Tord A hectic month ended with an unconvincing win. Axel Nordgren (YP71) and Rickard Persson (YP81) scored 1st half goals. But Atvidaberg got 1 back and were really pushing for a 2nd. The full time whistle couldn't come soon enough. Only our 2nd league win in the last 5 league games. Just shows how much we have struggled recently.
magicmastermind124
Possibility of 3rd place in that group, points definitely from Rangers and possibly from Roma.
hrbfcrule
September 2050 League: Tord 1-1 Orebro Another draw in the league, we struggled again but we were just about the better team. Fredrik Eriksson (YP82)'s penalty levelled things up after Orebro took the lead on the hour mark. Champions League Group D: Tord 2-6 Roma A decent performance but our defence was nowhere near up to scratch. Overall a disappointing result against our parent club. We quickly went 4-0 down after just half an hour of play thanks to 2 very questionable penalties and some very poor defending. We restored some pride when Eddie Rubin (YP72) got 1 back before half time. Olle Andersson (YP84) got another 1 back early in the 2nd half as the comeback looked on. However more poor defending late on cost us another 2 goals and a rather embarrassing scoreline. League: Skarhamn 3-4 Tord Another cracking match in the league just a few games after the AIK match. Skarhamn twice took the lead in the 1st half but Phillip Nilsson (YP70)'s and Eddie Rubin (YP72)'s goals helped us level both times. Skarhamn again took the lead in the 1st half but as they tired Rickard Persson (YP81) equalised a 3rd time and Stefan Zhubi (YP76) smashed the ball into the net for the winner in the 89th min. The 1st time we had the lead in the whole match. League: Tord 2-0 Helsingborg What a boring game only the 2 goals. Erik Fahlman (YP74) and Axel Nordgren (YP71) scored our goals in a routine win over Helsingborg. Swedish Cup Semi Final: Tord 2-0 Carlstad Utd We got lucky with the draw as we got AIK or Carlstad in the Semi Final draw however Carlstad shocked everyone by beating AIK 3-1. Onto the match, Eddie Rubin (YP72) and Oskar Svedberg (YP69) scored the goals as we made it to the final for the 1st time since 2042. Champions League Group D: FC Bayern Munich 3-0 Tord We got off to another poor start as we conceded 2 goals early on. We recovered well to keep Bayern out for almost the rest of the match until they added a 3rd in the 89th min.
SRL88
Great work so far. You have built up a nice little gap ahead of IFK. hrbfcrule
Great work so far. You have built up a nice little gap ahead of IFK. The game against AIK was a corker and you looked lethal from crosses .That Champions League Group doesnt look to bad in all honesty. Definitely stand a chance of third despite a tough start. Yer we are fantastic in the air, Karl Jawo (YP80) has scored a fair few headers and Oskar Svedberg (YP69) is great for heading in set pieces. Fairly confident about the group as we had beaten Rangers emphatically less than a year ago. We're your parent club? That's fb! You've become quite dominant in the league in the past few seasons and with some great young players it looks like that may continue for a while yet. Looking forward to seeing how Wennberg progresses over the next few years. Yep I make a cool £122k off of you every year . I am finally at the stage of dominating the league but Goteborg this season have proved how easily the other teams can improve when they buy a few players. Wennberg has been quality, straight into the 1st team and didn't look out of place at all even at 16 years old.
hrbfcrule
October 2050 League: Hammarby Fotboll 1-3 Tord We edged ever closer to another title as w go 13 points clear having played 2 games more. 1st half goals from Eddie Rubin (YP72) and Phillip Nilsson (YP70) set us on our way. Stefan Zhubi (YP76) added a 3rd late in the 2nd half before Hammarby got a consolation. League: Tord 2-2 IK Sirius A last gasp equaliser denied us the league victory. A draw as a fair result though saw I can't complain too much. Axel Nordgren (Y71) and Phillip Nilsson (YP70) gave us a 2-0 lead but we threw it away as IK Sirius scored twice in the last 10 mins of the match. Champions League Group D: Tord 4-1 Rangers We haven't lost our touch against them . A dominant display saw us run out easy winners, we were helped by a Rangers red card but we would have probably still won without it. Eddie Rubin (YP72), Rickard Persson (YP81), Oskar Svedberg (YP69) and Phillip Nilsson (YP70) all scored to help us move off the bottom off the group. League: Mjallby 0-2 Tord An unconvincing win but a win nonetheless. Karl Jawo (YP80) and Rickard Persson (YP81) getting the goals as we struggled t overcome Mjallby. League: Tord 4-1 Syrianska Lady luck shined on us this match as we managed to net 4 times with only 3 shots on target. Syrianska will feel very hard done by as it was an even game. An own goal and Rickard Persson (YP81) brace put us 3-0 at the break. They got a goal back late on but Oskar Svedberg (YP69) added a 4th in the 86th min. hrbfcrule
November 2050 Champions League Group D: Rangers 0-4 Tord We seem to be their bogey team as yet again we trounced them. Erik Fahlman (YP74) got a 1st half brace along with goals from Eddie Rubin (YP72) and Stefan Zhubi (YP76). Rangers had more possession and more shots but they did nothing with their possession and all most of their shots were either long range or off target. Surely this win means we have at least finished 3rd in the group. League: Vasteras SK 1-1 Tord A bit of a whimper to the end of the league campaign but it was already won so I can forgive them. Vasteras were the better side and deservdly took the lead in the 1st half but Rickard Persson (YP81) netted his 32nd of the season to steal a point. Swedish Cup Final: IFK Goteborg p1-1 Tord Unfortunate. We should have won it in normal time but we didn't and were punished by penalties. Not just any penalties, probably the most depressing penalty shoot out of all time. It was like watching England vs England: In normal time Rickard Persson (YP81) got our goal after Goteborg's 1st half strike. Champions League Group D: Roma 3-1 Tord It's not fair, we were so close to an upset . Eddie Rubin (YP72) gave us the lead in the 29th min after we probably had the better half. In the 2nd half Roma improved but we held firm, well until we conceded an awful goal in the 66th min and then Niclas Wennberg (YP83) made matters worse by getting sent off and giving away a penalty which gave Roma the lead. I went all out attack to try and rescue a point but that just made it easier for Roma to add a 3rd. In better news Rangers were thrashed 6-0 by Bayern Munich so we were guaranteed 3rd place. We could even get 2nd place with a win against Bayern in the next match.

hrbfcrule
End of Season Report: IK Tord, Swedish Premier Division 2050 League Table, League Graph Squad Eventually we ran out winners but we were pushed all the way by IFK Goteborg. They had a great start which we were struggling to match. However we had the legs as IFK Goteborg faltered towards the end of the season. Team of the Year Swedish Super Cup A disappointing loss to Malmo. Swedish Cup A great run where we got all the way to the final before losing to IFK Goteborg on penalties. Europe Fixtures Well firstly we managed to get into the knockout rounds of the Euro Cup early in the season. We beat Rangers at home and drew with them away to setup a tie against Valencia. We got beaten home and away comfortably but a cracking run nonetheless. We were placed in the right part of the draw this time and subsequently we managed to easily qualify for the Champions League Groups. Victories of IA 3-1 and Zurich 6-0 of Iceland and Switzerland respectively put us in a group with Roma, FC Bayern Munich and Rangers. We dramatically beat Rangers last campaign so were confident of getting something from the group. We started poorly with heavy losses to Roma and FC Bayern before a fantastic double over Rangers winning 4-1 and 4-0 to give us every chance of progression from the group. We almost caused an upset against Roma when we held the lead for most of the match. However we broke down in the final half an hour of the match to lose 3-1. Champions League Table Reserves/U19's Reserve League A vast improvement on last season. U19 League So unlucky not to win the league. Did win the U19 Cup for the 1st time though Youth Players (At the Club) Albin Carlsson (YP55) - Started a lot of games but that's only because we are lacking a central defender. Stefan Hedlund (YP64) - Came off the bench a lot but didn't perform well Adam Karlsson (YP65) - Was average and is getting on a bit, a new central defender is really needed. Dejan Ohlsson (YP68) - Didn't play too many games as there are so may quality midfielders ahead of him in the pecking order. Oskar Svedberg (YP69) - A fantastic season, was absolutely deadly from set pieces. Phillip Nilsson (YP70) - Had a poor season after his fantastic previous season. Axel Nordgren (YP71) - Did ok but is being overshadowed by the other strikers in the squad. Eddie Rubin (YP72) - Has made a habit of being a slow starter but really growing into the season. Did the same again this season and ended with a healthy 16 goals and 14 assists in 38 games. Joakin Hjelm (YP73) - Had a worse season in comparison to his previous few, could be blamed on a weaker defence. Erik Fahlman (YP74) - Had a fairly average season, nothing special but nothing horrific. Stefan Zhubi (YP76) - Was back to his assisting best, a massive 18 this season along with 7 goals. Kristoffer Arvidsson (YP77) - Only a couple of appearances, on his way out soon. Andreas Svensson (YP78) - Has really grown into the defensive mid role. Brilliant season again for him. Karl Jawo (YP80) - A great season for him, 13 goals is great for a midfielder. Rickard Persson (YP81) - He gets better and better netting 33 in 44 to beat Axel Nordgren (YP71)'s record of 32 goals in a season. Also won Swedish Premier Division Top Goalscorer and Swedish Premier Division Player of the Year. Got called up to the Sweden squad a couple of times but injury forced him to withdraw. Fredrik Eriksson (YP82) - He plays brilliantly for us yet is only rated as half a star. Niclas Wennberg (YP83) - He was great yet again. Olle Andersson (YP84) - Struggled again, will probably have to go. Sven Hagman (YP85) - A couple of appearances but failed to impress. Rickard Risberg (YP86) - Had loads of appearances and did reasonably well for a debut season. Just needs to push on next season. Retiring Players Viktor Andersson (YP53) League History A brilliant career has come to an end, made 440 league appearances for us and 587 appearances overall. Hopefully he will become my new assistant manager. Finances - Another profit most of which came from Champions League. hrbfcrule
December 2050 Champions League Group D: Tord 0-1 FC Bayern A win would see us into the Champions League Knockouts anything else would put us into the Euro Cup Knockouts. It was a close fought game which could have gone either way. Unfortunately FC Bayern were the ones who scored in the 72nd min. We attacked for the rest of the game but couldn't get an equaliser. Nevertheless a fantastic performance considering FC Bayern are arguably the best German side. In the Euro Cup 1st Knockout we drew FK Austria Wien which is a very winnable tie. We have played them before in the 2039 Champions League Champions Playoff where we won 3-2 on aggregate. The other Swedish teams did reasonably well too: IFK Goteborg managed a win against Salzburg and had 3 solid home performance. Away performances were dodgy but a good show by them anyway. AIK were much better, they got 2 wins over FC Lahti as expected. The had 2 close performances against Fulham but lost them both. Against Dinamo Kiev they drew at home and lost heavily away. Viktor Andersson (YP53) has become the 11th former player to join the staff as he signed on as First Team Coach.
hrbfcrule
February 2051 Euro Cup 1st Knockout Round 1st Leg: SK Austria Wien 3-2 Tord They put up much more of a fight than I was expecting. I had underestimated them badly. They dominated large parts of the match and got the goals the deserved as they twice took the lead in the 1st half with Karl Jawo (YP80) briefly equalising for us. The 2nd half was much more even which meant less goalmouth action as we cancelled each other out a lot more. Then in the 88th min an own goal gave Wien a 3-1 lead and had put the tie firmly in their hands. Thankfully Axel Nordgren (YP71) reduced the deficit in injury time to give us a much greater chance to progress in the 2nd leg. Euro Cup 1st Knockout Round 2nd Leg: Tord a(4) 2-1 (4) SK Austria Wien With a lot of injuries and suspensions to deal with, especially on the attacking front, I really thought we were going to struggle. However we played much better than in the 1st leg. It was Olle Andersson (YP84) who gave us the lead in just the 2nd min. Always the understudy to our main 3 strikers, he now has a chance to stake his claim for a 1st team place and doing a good job of it. Austria Wien then equalised very much against the run of play. Their goal was just a blip in our performance as we dominated the rest of it, Phillip Nilsson (YP70) got the goal we needed to get into the next round although I would have liked another to put us in a safer position. Next up is French giants PSG, looks like we aren't getting any further.

emgergo
It's great to have you and the save back, just have been catching up with it. Amazing job yet again! The draw bug is baffling, I find no logical explanations for it.
leonavich
Good run in both forms of Europe for two seasons in a row! Well done. Hopefully a good rep boost will increase the quality of youth players and enable better pushes in Europe. hrbfcrule
It's great to have you and the save back, just have been catching up with it. Amazing job yet again! The draw bug is baffling, I find no logical explanations for it. Thanks, yeah the draw bug is confusing and annoying. It has cost the country in the coefficients a couple of times but oh well. Good run in both forms of Europe for two seasons in a row! Well done.Hopefully a good rep boost will increase the quality of youth players and enable better pushes in Europe. Good to see another Tord player Making the national team too That's what I am hoping for. It's good to see another Tord player getting the recognition he deserves. My whole squad has played for the Sweden U21's at some point except Johan Nilsson (YP88) who has only played for the U19's. I am sure he'll get into the U21's soon. Two very nice wins over Rangers there and well done on getting through in the Europa . Thanks
hrbfcrule
Just a little something to mention. The ridculous loan we had to take out for the stadium 15 years ago has finally been paid off (and then some). After paying £375k/month for the past 15 years for a very small loan we are finally free. Well for another 5 years when I will ask for another stadium. March 2051 Euro Cup 2nd Knockout Round 1st Leg: Tord 0-1 PSG We did exceptionally well to hold them out for as long as we did but inevitably they did score. It was a pity we couldn't hold out a little longer for the draw. Swedish Super Cup: IFK Goteborg 2-1 Tord A reserve team was put out due to the Euro Knockout matches and it definitely showed. Goteborg dominated most of the game and got the goals they deserved. Eddie Rubin (YP72) got an injury time consolation. Euro Cup 2nd Knockout Round 2nd Leg: PSG (5) 4-0 (0) Tord We tried our best but PSG were just too strong. A poor 20 mins at the end of the 1st half put the game to bed as PSG netted 3 times. A 4th was added right after half time but we regrouped to hold them out for the rest of the match. League: GAIS 1-2 Tord Our 1st win of the season, Adam Karlsson (YP65) and Rickard Persson (YP81) scoring our 2 goals as we eased to victory in the league. A good start as you would expect.
