Sorry about that. I can't imagine what the issue is since it's not happening to (what seems to be) the majority of people. Did you add any other 3rd party mods apart from the skin? Those might be interfering.

It seems that some users have had this issue and it's under review at the moment. You can holiday for a day to get past the fact that you cannot continue, though I'm not sure what exactly is causing the issue in the first place.

That looks like a custom skin. Do you have the same issue with the default skin?

Yes. In recent years, it's been the update from Beta to release version.

Traditionally, the 2nd 'big' update would be out before Christmas.

It's hard to say either way if you've not established whether they have the PA to be able to improve their CA. They may not have the potential the coaches think they do. Coaches IRL and in-game will judge a player based on his ability for his age. You've shown only 2 examples and both did improve, though not that much. Also worth noting that 1 player is only 16, so there's a lot of time still to improve and I realise that's making the 17 year old sound old! Check the workload of your coaches, for sure as that could have an effect.

Who are you managing? How old are the players in question? Do they have room to improve? Are they getting any first team action? Are they actually declining? Arrows only indicate what's happening in the very short term, but you can check whether attributes are increasing or declining. Training is more important for u18 players and first team minutes (at an appropriate level) is more important for players 18 and older. A good assistant manager should be able to take care of training (though I usually take over individual training to shape players more to what I want) and the level of your training facilities will also be important.

You would have needed to choose a priority. I haven't done that at all. I'm (or I was) simply trying to help as I've seen many cases where what was assigned is unreasonable. As I've indicated, your instructions didn't seem unreasonable, but we don't have all the information.

That doesn't sound unreasonable, but as mentioned, it'll depend on the priority of the focus, for one thing, as well.

This was a bug. I'm not sure if it's fixed yet. Grey stars shouldn't be an option to select.

So are you also having issues? If yes, as above - what is the issue you have exactly? How are you setting up your assigment(s)? The common issues that I usually see around the forum and internet is being unrealistic with the minimum criteria for an assignment or not quite waiting long enough for reports to come through. If we have more information, we could try and help.

Work Ball Into Box reduces crossing tendencies. That might be a reason.

There's advice above. Have you gone through that? It's difficult to advise anything specific if we don't know what you're doing. How are you setting up your assignments?

I do the same, tbf. I have a lot of players that I follow. I follow their progression, their transfer status and the likely wage and transfer demands. It might be someone that I really want, but (as an example) he's a little too expensive in my opinion. It could be the end of a transfer window and I see that someone has made a bid and had it accepted. It's still above what I'd like to pay, but I have to make a choice - get him now or potentially stop following him because he isn't going to be a target in the short to medium term.

Users in this thread reported that you can sign newgens, in particular when it's an EU to EU transfer. While SI might tweak this a little, overall it's working as intended and reflects what we're seeing IRL.
