Constantine
April & May 2025. I'll let screenshots do the talking... (I had planned for this to be two separate reports but got pulled in and couldn't stop) Few records broken... And a bunch of awards for this amazing group of players Cup final (also planned to be separate update) Backups played it, as i promised. And backups won it. De Boer was unplayable!! FFS, Valencia!! And now, there's only one thing to do...

Constantine
Dream ending of first chapter of my FM journey. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. We built something really special. Which make me kinda sad now that i'm leaving, having to watch AI undo all that work... Each and every one of these boys, brilliant. ****ing brilliant. Almost all of them are tied down recently with new contracts so i hope they stay at least one more season together. Always nice to open new season with a trophy We were among favorites but not even i expected us to be this dominant. Backup side won it. Against strongest sides in Spanish football. That's saying something... Cherry on top!! After losing first two European finals i was a bit wary but... There was no stopping us this time. We've come long way since i took over... Constantine
Around the (known) world Rafa has done it again. Three in a row. Monaco again!! Happy for them. Dortmund, first time since 2012.!! Bayern's fall continues... Juve back on throne. Joachim Low dragged down Milan to 7th. Shame. Eternal dance of PSV and Ajax continues... Lions smashing them in. Third in a row. Partizan, finally. Took them 6 years to overthrow Red Star Already saw this one but i don't care. We deserved bragging rights

It's a club i always wanted to manage but didn't really had a chance. As for tactic, it's a mishmash. Picked apart few of them (Knap's, Stephenhk's, TFF's), watched few videos on YouTube (check this channel, brilliant tactical analysis and tutorials) and created this Frankenstein, tailored to players i had. 4-4-2 Visoki Presing & D linija.fmf There's few bits of tinkering during games (mostly changing D line, width or passing) depending on the opponent but this is base tactic i used for 70% of this save so feel free to try it out. 2 hours ago, Sysiphus said: Superb. Constantine
After relegating Valencia, Sarri was on the roll. Came to Bergamo, ran them into the ground so i jumped in to try and prevent another catastrophe. One of the most beloved Italian clubs, even if they haven't won that much. Profile // General // Facilities // Finances Situation is not brilliant but is absolutely salvageable... Squad, on the other hand... Bar few players, not a fan. Changes will have to be made. I'm still on the brink about making this one All Italian kind of save, where i'll be signing only Italian players. We'll see... Gun to my head, if i had to choose best goalkeeper we have, this one would be it. Not a fan but others are similarly bad. One of the two players i was actually excited about. Second best defender we have. Moreno is a bit of a golden oldie. 33 years old but still looks quality. Hands down best player in the club. Going to build a team around him. Our best and only capable winger. Few of the other that can play on the wings are either kids or can't cross a ball to save their lives. One capable striker we have. That's it for now. One game to play (v Frosinone) till winter break and January window. We need few players but finances are going to be an issue. Are you going to go defensive now that your in Italy? are you looking for a Regista like Pirlo? Developing kids is ingrained in this club so i won't be changing that. As i said in previous post, i might try signing only Italians. This is what i'm starting with. When Mancini recover from injury, i'll slot him in as middle center back with BPD role. Once we get better defenders and a proper right back, i'll most likely switch CM d > DLP, to use Melegoni in a role he's most comfortable in. But too early to talk about that, first gotta see how this looks on the pitch, haven't played with 532 (352) in a while. Regista? IDK. Maybe, when Melegoni start losing his legs. Constantine
December 2025., January & February 2026. After all those insane transfers happening in Spanish football, this seems a bit... Poor. As for us, All Italian policy is on hold. For now. Zuculini, i could do without. He's getting older, slower and can't exactly play kind of football i want anymore. Reynoso and Adams, on other hand, are huge losses. But we needed money. We still do. Finances are... Better. Not great yet but it's getting better. Though state of them limited our options on the market. One permanent signing and three loanees, including one familiar face. He was rotational option while i was at Castellon but Simeone dropped him into B team. Diego's garbage, our treasure. He can easily fit into our first XI, as that left CD. Two year loan with option to buy for €2.5m Brought in as backup RB. Who's the first choice, you might ask, since we did not had a proper right back in team. It's this kid. Found him in u20 squad. Sarri at least did something right, bringing him from Fermana. Moreno's backup Flamboyant playmaker from Serbia. Type of players we rarely get (hasn't got one since Dragan Stojkovic or perhaps Dusan Tadic). He'll be brought in under Melegoni's wing. Need to get sorted ASAP. Not as bad as it was but... Paper thin squad but it's a work in progress. Goalkeepers... We need good ones. And fast. Naranjo, i'll probably sign him permanently, he's been great so far. But one more quality CD is a must! Fullbacks... Left side must be sorted out. Moreno is good (but too old). Angeloni will get his games but i would like more experienced one till he grow a bit. Midfield, it's not that bad. One more good player will suffice, preferably a defensive one. Two, if Munoz leave. Attack... It's kinda sorted out. Bogers signed new contract, raising his clause for CL clubs. And he's getting new partner from PSG on Bosman. One kid who's currently on loan (couldn't recall him) and Traore as backups and that's really it. Serie A Still undefeated in Italy. I reckon we won't have to worry about relegation anymore so we can now start planning for next season.

Constantine
March 2026. Serie A Still undefeated... But we could've picked up few more points. I'm silently following your thread, though don't have much love for Wales (Cefn Druids from Wales and Cabinteely from Ireland are two failures in my virtual managerial career which last since CM03 days). Excited to see where you end up next. 9 hours ago, Hootieleece said: Well at least your out of the relegation battle. Also i've put both strikers on AF attack. Played few games with DLF & CF combo and it was defensively sound but our attack suffered. Most of the times during counters, wing backs quickly went into the opponent's final third with no one to cross to since my strikers took their sweet time getting forward. 2x AF seems like it solved that and we're much more dangerous now when we retrieve the ball and wing backs push forward. Constantine
April 2026. Serie A Brilliant beginning of April as we rampaged through Sicily and smacked Genoa in Bergamo. Had a 1-3 lead in Torino and there our lack of good goalkeeper really showed since we conceded from two shots from outside of box. Oh yeah, we lost. First time since i took charge. To Bologna, of all clubs...
Hootieleece
Alberto Moreno is your 2nd best defender! Yee gods! Looks like you'll need a new LWB next season. Constantine
I was done with all remaining games yesterday but got so pissed after that last one i just shut the game down and went to binge watch Gomorra. So here's what happened. We had everything in our hands. Beaten Cagliari, our direct opponent for EL places. Every result went our way in the last round, we could've finished 6th. If we only had strength, willpower and balls to beat damn Frosinone, who had nothing to play for. Such an anemic performance. We improved so much. It's just a damn shame we couldn't get that last spot for Europa League. Well, there's always next year... Lots of work ahead of us. Attack is complete, no changes will be made. Midfield, need some depth. Defense... Good lord. Goalkeepers? Tragic. Once again, and for the last time, shame. Sarri embarrassed. It's gonna get worse before it gets better. BEST XI Marco Carnesecchi Tarak Favre Gianluca Mancini John Naranjo Nicola Angeloni Alberto Moreno Simone Santoro Filippo Melegoni Luis Muñoz Damian Bogers Amad Traore

Constantine
August & September 2026. Had a lot side projects to do for work and FM had to go on pause. But we're back now. Transfer window. Let's go. This is where our first bits of money came. Didn't expected it but it helped with sorting our finances. Well, that and work we've done in the market. Can't believe how many players we had on big wages that were nowhere near our first team. Ounas was a nightmare to get rid of. Pierie, great player but was on huge wages so luckily Genoa used his loan clause and bought him. Moreno was one big loss but considering his age and wages... Had a 8mill offer from Girona but he didn't want to go home. Traore was our biggest sale this summer. He's going to be a bench warmer for Juve but hey, he didn't want to go to Germany. Our biggest success was keeping Bogers at Bergamo. Many, many clubs went for him, one even paid his release clause but luckily he rejected Mönchengladbach. And with that, we got one of the best striking duos in Italy. Meet Lucas Dumas. Fantastic acquisition. PSG bought him at young age. Went on loan each season, run his contract down and we ended up getting him on Bosman. So, so ****ing happy with this. Our new #1. I pursued an Italian goalkeeper but good ones are already at big clubs and not interested in move. Wanted Ratcliffe at Castellon but we had great keepers, homegrown so there were no reason to go for him at that time. He was great last season so using his clause was no brainer. Unhappy at Juve, with his contract running out. A ****ing steal this was. He's brilliant. Reis was once upon a time a promising talent. Four years ago he chose Milan instead of Castellon and... He stalled. Hasn't developed as much as he could. He'll be a decent rotation option for us though. Our most expensive signing this summer. Young but already decent player. With him and Angeloni, our full back positions are secured for the next 10 years. Another one from "almost at Castellon" camp. He was at Juve U23 side. I jokingly offered 2 mill, expecting to be flat out rejected. But they were open to negotiations. Upped a price a little bit, added some percentages into mix and we got ourselves a wonderkid for a bargain price. Robbed Juve for third time this window. I'm loving how this team looks. Great attack, really good defense. We should compete for Euro places. At the least. Sorted out. For now. Serie A A mixed start but i kinda expected it. Lot of new players in starting lineup. It'll sort itself out in a month or two. Dumas started brilliantly though. Bogers needs to pick up the pace.
Constantine
October & November 2026. Serie A Now these results are as Italian as it can get. Two perfect months and we're top of the table. Awaiting for a random meltdown in true FM fashion. It's coming. I know it. You know it. My neighbor's cat know it. King Costly
Some fantastic signings so not a huge surprise you're doing so well! Constantine
December 2026. & January 2027. Coppa Italia Finally, Coppa games. Had to wait so long for them to roll around. Two games, two W's and Napoli that awaits in the next round. Serie A Nearly a perfect period, if it weren't for that damned Juventus. We choked that game, pressure got to players. But it was one game, rest of it was pretty damn impressive. Top of the league!!! Three players out, only one in as our strike force got a lot stronger. Barrow wanted to leave, his contract was running out. Sackey was transfer listed, unhappy with his playing time in France so i used Musa to lower his price a bit. Another addition to our growing arsenal. Dumas, Bogers, this lad... Brutal.
Constantine
****ing hell!! ****!! Two days after transfer window closed, couple of hours after first Coppa game against Napoli, this happened. It was all over in two continue's. I have Continue Game Timeout turned on so didn't have any time to react to their offer as they used his release clause. Immeasurable loss and a huge blow to our chances in Serie A race. Can't sign anyone now and any kid that could've replaced him has been loaned out. ****. Damn you, game. Damn you...
