There is 7 attack duty 1 support duty it seemed a bit much, i am thinking lower attack duty to 3 support duty to 5 and higher defensive line. What do you think about that, what's your suggestion? Using more support tends to weaken attacking potential. DL depends on whether it works The top tactic does use more support and standard DL. That means for example, Acceleration for ST cost a lot CA points and since a player has already high Acceleration, he can spend rest CA points in other areas. keithbeaky Posted September 29, 2022 Share Posted September 29, 2022 (edited) My takes on fm scout ratings and the training; The fm scout default weightings are old and therefore outdated, I think im right in saying that. I would recommened using a different ratings file. For the training you can add more training but change automatic rest to all condiitions except full green. Then people who dont play aren't being rested on days that they can train on. I read this elsewhere and have been using it. Some players improve so much using this method. I do have to rest players from xmas onwards for fatigue, but most players only require one week's rest per season. I rotate anyway for domestic cups and easy home games. Also as I understand it defending training improves physical attributes more? Pace and acceleration are incredibly important in the match engine, so I would want these improved as much as possible. CA 120 therefore has to play the top AI team CA180 and will not be able get close to top of league. Blackpool, although relegation candidates, can finish top.
