dafuge
With Euro 2012 kicking off, what are your FM habits while the games are going on?
Verby
I cant really watch both at the same time as I play FM on my 42 inch TV on the wall, but I will be watching the game and flicking over to continue my FM game a few days every so often
marty78
Watch and play for me. Watching the opening ceremony right now.
Kenco
In the past I would always watch live football and play FM simultaneously as my desk was set up in the lounge, but I've recently moved in with my gf and the desk is now in a room of it's own upstairs, PC is still on the floor and not even connected and she doesn't really like football - so how about an option for neither? Except England games of course, we will definitely be watching them but with alcohol in place of FM.
dafuge
I'm currently doing both. I know I shouldn't as I'll miss half the game but I can't help it. I'll turn the computer off during the England games though.
Ackter
Nothing makes me want to play FM more than watching live football.

Gooner88
I always have FM running while watching, the game normally gives me new ideas on who to be/sign etc. End up starting abot 25 new games in the space of 90 minutes.
onecockygeezer
For me, they complement eachother perfectly.
Piethief100
I was with Lee Dixon in assuming this Poland Greece was going to be 0-0. You need FM for matches like that. As it happens, my FM has spent quite a long time without being continued in this second half. Come on Poland. edit - Oh COME ON! The minute I state my support for Poland, Szczesny gets sent off. dafuge
We need to hear from the one person who is playing FM but not watching the match
Rikulec
I'm not at that level yet, but watching those games give me so many tactical ideas that I can't help using them in my FM save as soon as the match ends.
Kain
Wahey, now I make it two people to play FM and not watch the match! I'll be watching the England matches at the pub and not playing FM, but at home, I don't have a tv..
Fabio MVP
Nothing makes me want to play FM more than watching live football. Same here. I also get fired up to play FM after watching live football. As for the question in the OP I play FM and watch matches in the same time.
Spart
If I were still a student it'd be the first option all the way. With Euro 2012 however, the matches start pretty much as i'm leaving work so FM will have to wait until I get home - post-work, post-football. It's not a bad thing mind! Absence makes the heart grow fonder.
Spart
Nothing makes me want to play FM more than watching live football. Same here. I also get fired up to play FM after watching live football. This. A hundred times this. I get a huge urge to mess around with formations, twiddle with tactics and generally geek out from my virtual dug out...
