Haven't seen an official Lower/Non-League thread started so here is an unofficial one. Post the details of any players or gems you have found willing to come to the desolate wasteland of football that is the pinnacle of the non-league pyramid. This thread can be expanded to include League Two players depending on what posters want and if it is beneficial after promotions etc.

Quick player who has that little touch of flair thats much needed in the lower leagues, down side is he doesnt finish greatly but in the middle of a front three he can be productive in front of goal but also play in others well.

Expensive wage wise because he was offered by the agent, eventually accepted £1.6k a week due to other sides bring intrested i didnt mess about. Quick player who can dribble and cause opponents problems.

Offed by agent and signed on around £1.4k a week, average pace and accel, but very creative and a player who uses space well. Good finishing combined with crossing and dribbling means he can boss the midfield....if he wants to. The problem seems he goes in and out of games very easily.

Very creative in the right formation. Easily the star of the show for my Darlington side.

Getting in foreign staff or adding yourself as a foreign manager is always good as it increases your club's international knowledge.

Look at the trial day squads. I've found some good players from them! Also keep an eye on younger players from Football League sides whose contracts are running out or are expired. I've gotten a few good players like this, and with the new clauses for contract negotations they usually sign.

Load Reunion players. In fact, if you simply look at the Reunion national side, all the players in the squad will come to BSS / BSN and lower.

John Kennedy on a free, first season age 19 former Blackburn and came to my Harrogate Town team, got 7 in 8 so far this season!

Jason Norville (ST), Michael Whitwell (ST), Shane Williams (MC), Jonathan Webb (DC) and Franco Nacca (DR). Solid for Lewes in BSS.

Suffice it to say that as per previous years, there's plenty of gems from Réunion. To find them, load all players from Réunion, then click on the country name and select the "clubs" tab. You can then quickly manually scout through the teams.

Likewise, if you've selected to load all players from France and even better, have loaded the French CFA divisions as playable or background, you can scout through the four CFA divisions. Looking at reserve teams of bigger clubs isn't worth it, but most of the other clubs have players on amateur contracts who can be grabbed for free, or for very small prices. Even if your non-league club has absolutely no transfer funds available, you can always try offering zero fee plus percentage sell-on clauses.

The last next port of call, is to look at France ---> National Clubs. Then, filter out all the leagues and look through the non-league clubs. Yes, takes a while manually searching, but worthwhile in the end.

Looks like yet again, my English non-league team will be composed entirely of French speaking players

Be mindful that I imagine some of these players have random attributes and can be different from save to save. Although compilation of a shortlist available for download might be useful for some players, for many, you just have to look.

Finally, don't be afraid to haggle with the wages. Pretty much every player started with requests of around 200 Pounds* per week. It's easy to get them to accept half that on part-time contracts. Haven't tried on full-time contracts, as at this level I'm not really putting much effort into training schedules. I'll have a decent sized squad and look to "go pro" if we get promoted. My facilities are utter pants anyway!

Quite a few lower league players don't have agents. The thing is could you see yourself pulling out of negotiations if an agent asks for any sort of fee?
