Boudy123
Real Madrid obviously lol but it depends what type of challenge you want.
SWaRFeGa
Spurs for me. I know the English league best.
Generation-Next
I'd never take the Madrid job. Fiorentina would be a good challenge. Take a look at their squad first though. How much improvement does it need? Could you improve with the 9mil, and is there any big players who you could ship out for a large fee, to bring in a few youngsters? lurkingwithintent
Doesn't look like you've really achieved all you wanted to at Wolfsburg, why not stay there and try and win a title before moving on?
GraemeHall
Fiorentina have an average squad. Spurs have a good squad, still have bale, modric etc Real have a squad to die for. The lure of 140M is very tempting. Though i don't wanna be sacked for finishing 2nd. (Never been sacked before in any FM/CM game)
Bradley21
I would stay at Wolfsburg until you win the league at least, i always regret it later if i move clubs without winning the domestic league.
Boudy123
Even if you manage Real for a season & if you get sacked surey it will give your reputation a boost for managing a top team like them.
jayahr
It depends on what you are after. Do you want to win the CL quickly? Go for Real. Is it about teams you like? Name it. Do you want to manage in a specific country? Choice of three here. Do you want to embark on a carreer which you deem realistic? Two choices left. Up to you really. My personal preference may be Spurs or Fiorentina, for they are a bigger challenge while you can still achieve anything with them after a short while. hth
AK22
I'd go for Spurs or Fiorentina and attempt to turn them into title-challengers. Real isn't that much of a challenge, you could be dominant within a season or two.
LambyGHS
As has been said previously i would probably go for Spurs or Fiorentina. A couple of things i would check though are the standard of the current squads and also the age. Also have a little check on the reserves and youth teams, see what sort of potential is lying in wait. PLeaseDontSackME
Depends how you want to play. If you prefer to play true to life then theirs only one answer! Not many managers in the world would turn down the Real Madrid job. Not even the special one...

I was managing Sporting CP, led them to two CL semifinals and Barcelona offered me a contract. I accepted, won the CL in my debut season, but resigned after that. It was too easy. I spent a year unemployed, but fortunately Sporting wanted me back. Two years later, I eliminated Barcelona in the Champions League quarter finals and won the tournament. GraemeHall
Decision has been made, i have clicked the 'Accept' button. I took the Real Madrid Job. Reasons for leaving Wolfsburg: 1. 30,000 ground. Hardly any cash coming into the club 2. Fed up with players wanting to go to a bigger club 3. Van Der Wiel is a wan*er. I signed him. He cannot get through 45 mins without getting injured. And all he does is complain. SICK of it !!!!!!!! 4. The weather, its forever SNOWING 5. And finally Neymar!!! Signed him for 28 Million. Not sure where the club is going to get the cash from to pay for this over 4 years. Get out while i can. What has happened since i signed for Madrid............. 1. I signed Kjaer for 20 Million 2. I signed Sahin for 30 Million 3. I signed Cavani for 30 Million 4. I sold Kaka for 30 Million to Inter 5. I have reduced the squad to a nice size, about 25 players. There were about 35 when i joined. 6. Checked back at Wolfsburg and they have sold, get this 127 Million pounds worth of players. HOLY GOOD FECK!!! They sold NEYMAR to Barca for 52 Million, less than 1 year after me signing him. 7. I still have 87 Million to spend and a balance of 240 Million 8. My club, the club i love, the job i wanted, Man Utd rejected me after Ferguson retired. I would have left Real after about 3 weeks.
Nik_Dut
Depends on what country I have been. I tend to go to new country. If I have been to all 3, I'll go to either Real or Firenze. Spurs sucks. ;p
