chesterfan2
Ascoli. I had a good game with them once, FM07 probably.

Sir_Liam
I'd suggest a lower league team in a country you're not so familiar with. I'm currently playing in Norway, but I've tried lower leagues in Finland, Argentina, Uruguay, Russia and Brazil on past FM's. I tend to find playing in those countries way more fun than playing in England these days.
chesterfan2
Or England, they might want to try being a team.

craigcwwe
Go into management in a league that you are not familiar with, this will give you a challenge to find out about other teams, competitions and other players, which in turn makes you more knowledgeable on that league/country. Deadmau5
Leverkusen. Good team with lots of upside.
Ginger
Or try something lower league, like Solihull Moors - a club with no real history waiting for success!
danielgear
H&W Welders (northern ireland 3rd Division)
crouchaldinho
St. Albans City (Blue Square South).
antonyhoggan
Try loading a few leagues from different countries. Then if you get bored in the long term you can always manage in a different nation!
