And of course diving headers on back passes with noone near them. My goalkeeper actually stood and watched a back pass trickle into his own net.

I'm a bit annoyed at the amount of times they will dwell on backpasses and get tackled to be honest. Happened in 4 of my first 7 league matches. Not just my goalkeepers either.

this needs to be fixed cos they looking like robots!

this is a known issue and its got fixed. will be realeased with a new patch.

Had Hennesey stand at attention with nobody around as a cross came in from the side and hit him in the back of the head and go in for a goal.

Had Hanneman run to the byline on the right and dive to head the ball back into the penalty area for the opposition to easily tap in for a goal.

Had to really laugh at this although it really ****ed me off.

I agree about the various keeper bugs which I hope are fixed, but here do you have him on a sweeper-keeper setting. It makes a big difference.

Keepers have always been dodgy, not all of the time but they do pop up with their moments at times, i've learned to live with it....

Are you describing Chelsea fans? If it applies to Cech, it's hardly a bug!

This is a major bug which needs to be fixed in the first patch on release date!

If you have an issue, report it in the bugs forum and upload a pkm to help solve any issues.

I've always found their kicking to be dodgy, take far too long sometimes.

And you hardly ever get them with a good average rating, mine have never ended with a 7+ average at the end of a season

i don't think its a bug i just feel they made keepers seem stupid! and no my settings is not on sweeper keeper.

We're using this Match Engine in FM Live and it is a major issue, however Marc Duffy from SI has reassured us it is being resolved in launch day patch for FM10 and next week in FM Live.

that's great to hear cos was seriously thinking of waiting for February before even buying this game.this year soo many other choices are available such as modern warfare 2 so if this game is going to be like this then wont spend money on it.

This has not in my opinion been resolved in the patch, the amounts of times both mine and the AIs goalkeeper just lets a backpass trickle for a corner is ridiculous.

I am loving this version more than any other, but this issue seriously needs to be looked at imo!

I didn't want to start a new thread for this so seeing as this is the first topic to come up when I search for "backpass"...

I'm seeing three backpasses per game on average go out for a corner. Usually they're not aimed anywhere near the keeper.

It's really annoying me now, you see it less than once a game in reality. I don't know if it's the keepers at fault or the defenders but in this instance I'm presuming it's the defenders!

Was the backpass too far for the goalkeeper to reach?

i was playing and winning 3-2. and you know when the keeper will come up for the corner in last minute. well this keeper came up but not for a corner it was a throw in half way into my half the opposition keeper was in my box WHAT!!!!
