If you were out training at that time (you slavedriver!) wouldn't you become discouraged and suffer a loss of motivation and will...? It was probably snowing, uhh...raining at least....

Yeah, I wrote snowing and was about to post it, but then though; "Brazil, snow, something is not matching up here". It took a surprisingly long time for me to catch myself there! :p

Camilo's retiring so Josivan may take his place and go from AMR to DL/WBL and Danilo Lopes wants out and won't sign a new contract. We didn't actually line up with the exact same tactic as what is shown, here's how we lined up for the majority of the season.

Out in the 3rd round of the Copa do Brasil losing 6-2 to Palmeiras which isn't too bad considering the gulf in quality. We even finished top of the group (thankfully not sorted on head-to-head) and we face Campinense in the final and have already gotten an away draw.

This time however, with the money from the cup has allowed us to improve the junior coaching. :D

Paraibano champion and promotion, well done! I think with better reputation and facilities you'll have much better regens very soon, my River team produced the next Jairzinho (seriously, so many next Jairzinhos in this game...) and the next Ronaldo when they were non-playable in serie D! Plus a new Julio Cesar (centre back) in serie C :D

Out of curiosity could you check if serie B has this issue in your game as well? It's quite a bug I have here...

Thanks! Hopefully you're correct and we get regens that are a step above in Serie C, and that's a very weird bug, it's not happened in my save and I'm in 2019 as well. :(

That Alisson centre back looks amazing, I'm sure he'll be 'the next someone' at some point! Love how many dual nationality regens you're getting.

Btw those logos look great, can you recommend me a pack (and maybe a kit pack as well) for Brazil?

Hopefully! He's missed the first 2 months through injury but he's already rated the best DC at the club so he should start to feature for us now, and I use the big logopack from sortitoutsi, they probably do kitpacks as well.

Very good month for the State Championships and we're 2 points ahead with 2 games to go, in the Copa do Brasil we lost out to Serie B side Ceara in quite a one-sided 3-0 result and we didn't qualify for the Quarter Final of the Campeonato do Nordeste but at least we were best 3rd placed team.

Nice progress there! I might be biased (being brazilian and all) but picking a weak brazilian side and climbing to the top with it is extremely fun. (especially in a traditionally weaker state with access to the regional cups)

Keep it up, Paraíba is a beautiful state and could use some better football

First off welcome to the forums @DreamTempest! Believe it or not this is actually my 4th attempt at a Brazilian save, and 3rd attempt at a youth only challenge. I'm planning to have this one last a lot longer than the others though! The first attempt was 3 or 4 seasons with Marilia back when the Sao Paulo state had a lot more fixtures and the 2nd being Rio Branco in the Acriano state.

Hopefully I can get Sousa to be the dominant side in Brazil!

That 6-0 thrashing of Esporte is our new record for biggest win! We beat Campinense by being the higher seed but we also would've won on away goals if that was a rule, hopefully we can come back from the goal deficit against Treze in the 2nd leg of the final and then it's onto our Serie C campaign.

A very mixed month, 2nd in the state championship with 2 games in hand and a big, big loss against ABC but 2 of the goals we conceded were after the 91st minute, it looks like we'll be finishing as one of the better 3rd placed sides but won't trouble a best runner up spot.
