knap Posted October 10, 2018 Author Share Posted October 10, 2018 This is from last year with regard to training PRE-SEASON general training -TEAM COHESION HIGH scheduling 50% (no rest before-no rest after match) match preparation = MATCH TACTICS before the 1st game of the season general training -BALANCE AVERAGE (no rest before -REST after match) keep 50% match preparation MATCH TACTICS until 100% fluid, after that the training should be like this general training BALANCE AVERAGE (no rest before- REST after match) 10 or 20 % ( i prefer 10%) match preparation (whatever you like, it depends from the opponent - except match tactics and teamwork , its pointless to use these because when you have 100% fluid your players have good understanding) this till the end of the season , of course if you buy some players in January you drop the familiarity and you must again adjust the scheduling to 50% and match tactics I just use AM which works for me, but if necessary I arrange friendlies to keep the squad fit Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I took over Bolton (Championship) and Portsmouth (League 1) Note that half way point of season hardly any scout reports. Realistically there should be many scout reports at this stage. I scouted players and the right WB advice is only a National player and a last report and the GK has a potential for League 1 no potential for Championship. I prefer to win a game or lose trying than playing for a draw. If you have a very difficult game try a SUS version of tactic. All the testing is dione with same mentality. And yeah, I like to take a club from bottom to a glory, can i ask you something, on that 4-3-3, I notice that it used IWB which is really hard to find that kind of player on low league, so can i switch the role to something else? which role do you think is the best alternative?
