I think I may have been moderating this place when it first started, certainly looks that way from the mod requests thread. I saw the "stars" but wasn't sure how it was worked out. I think it's a great idea. Ideally it would be a different thread each month and it doesn't really matter what the criteria is, just so long as it's a different thread each month. I think it's a great idea.
