Flamers Posted January 26, 2011 Share Posted January 26, 2011 Background: A group of wealthy football fanatics have brought part of the Mediterranean sea and have been reclaiming land in it in order to create a new country, the Central Mediterranean Socialist Republic. In order to make the country work they decided to adopt Socialism, however not in the form we know it. The only part they adopted was the state ownership, these means that all of the football grounds will be owned by the state, other than that there are no restrictions on wages. Each team will be charged the same amount of rent per year no matter how large there stadiums are, the stadiums also all come with under soil heating as standard. The league structure will be as follows: Superleague - 12 teams Proleague - 16 teams Challenge League - 20 teams Regional Superleague - 2 lots of 20 teams Regional Development Legaue - 2 lots of 20 teams The Challenge: There will be places in each division for you as a manager to create your club, for example the Superleague might have 8 places so the first 8 get a place in it and so on. I will open each division one at a time to make it a bit easier for me to keep track! The budgets, reputation and stadium capacity for each tier are as follows: Superleague - £50m - 4500 - 15000 Proleague - £40m - 4200 - 13000 Challenge League - £30m - 3800 - 11000 Regional Superleague - £20m - 3500 - 9000 Regional Development League - £10m - 2500 - 3000 Now for the costs: Youth Academy - £10m Youth - £1m per level Training - £1m per level Reputation - £1m per 300 Capacity - £1m per 500 Covered Stadium - £1m NOTE: In order to make it slightly more interesting the Development league will start with youth 15! I am using the clubs it already has and editing them and it just happens that you qualified. One of the 4 teams I'm creating has the ECC spot. I find it difficult to come up with club names afer a while so I'm asking you guys to help, in exchange you get to be part of the mod. Flamers Posted January 26, 2011 Author Share Posted January 26, 2011 I have already edited half the teams Also I wanted the feel of a whole new country so the only thing that is still "Albanian" is the flag, all of the players have been off loaded to Estonia, I am now the national team manager etc etc. The only thing that I can't change easily is second nationalities but there are only 3 players who have that (or are good enough for the national team).
