Well that's the easy bit, I can create them the only issue. But every match they play its counted as a Full Cap. Is there anyway this can be stopped using the Advanced Editor?

What improvements would you like?

Obviously i'm intrigued and await further updates. I'm more interested in seeing if there will be any updates to the FM Pre-Game Editor and to make it a bit more user friendly when creating leagues. But they aren't going to reveal everything new/improved in the game already/.

You can't do much. There are limits on spending in the lower leagues -

Yeah it would be time consuming but i did it with an old Liechtenstein file to creat Liechtenstein Italians & Spanish.

Duplicate the Russian Cities so they are "Belarusian" as well
