not sure of the stats but isn't Muller normally one of the best assisters in Europe in previous seasons? I know it's the Bundesliga but surely if he's able to do that and Fullkrug is currently one of the best strikers in the league, the proper plan would be to play Muller behind the actual striker? Muller does have a lot of goals in World Cups past but that's dried up since 2014

Croatia have played well but Keown has been condescending towards Canada from when Croatia equalised usually irritating but he's making it sound as if Canada have never seen a football before with his "they've done well but it's not enough" routine. All Canada probably need is a better defence, they've got some exciting attackers and can pass the ball

if Canada have learned to shoot since the first game, they've got a chance Croatia have to turn up at some point but I've always thought they don't have a player who will put the chances away, could really do with a Suker or Mandzukic to finish chances off

bad pen why do pens/freekicks take so long to be taken at this tournament? feels like everybody is ready and then the ref takes an extra 30 seconds after it. Could be VAR maybe

Denmark "dark horses" for every tournament it feels like despite the fact they were SemI Finalists at Euro 2020 and won their qualifying group quite easily I wouldn't be surprised if they won their group here, maybe similar to how Denmark did in Euro 92 with France in it
