These changes were made to help with several issues we were having with tooltips overlapping different elements of the game - rendering them unusable - we appreciate the feedback on this however and will be reviewing the situation.

Could you please tell me what device you running the game on and at what point the game is crashing? If its within a save at a specific date for example - we will need that save uploaded via the link below for us to test it.

As stated above we always need saves to test these crashes or some specific steps/dates - i also will need your device model and iOS version please.

Could you possibly uninstall the game and reinstall and let me know if this fixes the issue? I would advise uploading any saves you want to keep via cross sync as this will clear all the saves from your device.

Thanks for contacting us and apologies on the slow reply here.
This does look like a bug considering what is being triggered here - as it looks like you cant use the bank balance fully without it basically ruining your club - could you please send a save from where you have applied the bank balance please to the cloud and i will look into the save for you (link below). For full transparency we made need to offer you a refund here for that particular purchase, once we have a look at the save and fully get an idea of what is happening here.
