Check the Positions. Sometimes i forgot to choose every position instead of a apecific postion.

Use the Germanfile, leagues down to Verbandsliga or Oberliga. The second Team plays now in a regular League.... Ups esca wrote it already....

Usually starting with the last Patch and playing till the new FM. I think 7-10 seasons.... Before that i play several shorts careers 1-3 seasons...

In general, I scout a lot and then help myself from this pool of scouted players. Then I filter by: 1st grade minimum 2- 2.Key attributes depending on the position ( I think that goes without saying) 3. Personality beats workrate etc... 4. Susceptibility to Injury 5. Budget 6. age 7. If attacker and i use a targetplayer, he must (!) have a certain size 8. If he is a defender, he must (!) be of a certain size 9. I am also selectively looking for standards experts - I have found that it is worthwhile 10. What talent does he have, so what class could he play one day (I'm mostly at home in lower league management) The order is chosen arbitrarily

Free players are the key. Make it simple: Physical abilities, free players, easy instructions.

Hi, how do I scout an entire youth league? Is that possible? I mean a special league, not all U18 leagues

Rules question. May I integrate the Youth Challenge into an existing save? I have now arrived in May 2023 with my main save. The setting includes 160k players, I would like to start the challenge with a second coach here, because the immersion - i.e. the setup - is perfect. Permitted?

England, Italy and Germany full. Fra and Esp top 2. Rest of Europe top Tier. Russia and Belarus out. Arg Bra, Mexiko, USA, Can , SA, Chn and Southkorea also top Tier. Leagues which arent playable are view only. Plus extended settings => approx. 160k. DETAILS: Worldcup, European club, and top 5 on full Details (senior only). Love it.
