anyone else having the game just close? no crash log or error, just *gone* ? can happen every 2 minutes or go an hour without happening... totally random, i just hit the space bar to continue, or click any button on screen and i'm on my desktop and FM has closed. my 'crash dump' folder is totally empty other than that i am enjoying the game bar too many injuries!!! but i think i say that every FM

i'm having the same issue though not specifically in matches, although it has occurred there too. game just closes, no crash log, just disappears in the blink of an eye.

can't believe it my partner has just told me she's got to visit her parents for the weekend and is staying there overnight, on beta weekend of all weekends. my mate reckons she might know about beta and is using my distraction to have an affair but i'm actually not even bothered because it's beta weekend lets fogging go guys

It's a shame this place is so dead... I'm a little bored of FM lately but recent IRL signings have me tempted to see if anyone has done a transfer update with Rice/Havertz/Timber, as those 3 would make an already good Arsenal squad absolutely ridiculous ingame.

I am pretty sure form has a lot to do with it. Anyone who is getting good ratings, eventually gets a bigger club's interest even if their stats aren't very good.

I like the one that goes "Fans are disappointed that X didn't play a part in the match, after having a good game previously" Never mind the fact that that good game was less than 48 hours ago, against massively inferior opposition, at home, and the player can currently hardly walk due to exhaustion from said match. Oh and we won 3 nil without him. "Disappointed with the 0-0 draw away to <league leaders> is always good. Especially if it ends at 10 game winning streak Christ I despise my fans.

I basically wanna make Arsenal crap, and rebuild them. Like move them down to a low division and rebuild their reputation. What’s the easiest way to do that? Can I bulk edit the players stats so they aren’t all way too good for lower level?

Every single interaction / conversation in this game is complete trash and hasn't changed for years. Just the EXACT SAME dialogue, year after year. Pointless, boring and the opposite of immersion. It's pathetic.

Does anyone else find these harsh? You make a profit on a mediocre player that's been sat in your reserves for years, and get a D- or you sell some old guy on huge wages you never use (whilst you are top of the league and crushing it) and still they're pissed. Out of curiousity, I just used the in-game editor to make a player 39 years old, make all of their stats 1 including CA. I then sold them for 1 billion pounds. I got a C and the fans are disappointed a handy squad player was sold. 39 years old, literally 1 in every single stat. 1 BILLION QUID.

I can't believe they haven't changed up any of the dialogue or text in years, all of the media / interaction stuff is just so insanely repetitive and if it does have any input on the game it's almost impossible to measure.

I've literally just started up a new career as Arsenal, so am going to give this one a go now because I'm having no luck with tactics so far! I shall report back in a few hours! edit - success may be hampered somewhat by Martin Odegaard breaking his leg 3 days into preseason... update - well played about 5 matches, then holidayed a few more and there was quite a few draws/losses against weak teams. Home form was pretty good, but giving up a lot of shots. Away form was poor (as seems to be the case with every tactic) I also got fined by the FA for numerous matches for getting 5-6 yellow cards. Maybe Arsenal aren't best suited to the tactic. Jesus is pretty wasteful in FM23...
