I began work on this project back in November and had to abandon it since my Hard Drive Failed. I've decided to try revive it and get back to where I was and this time release it level by level rather than as just one release. I've a lot of work to do so as a full project, i'm aiming for a FM24 release but hopefully I'll have at least down to Lv6 soon enough since i just need to do Division Rules for that. Some Questions: Will this have Pro/Rel? -- YES. I am however going to go slightly off book and invent a more coherent league of Ireland structure since the current structure is designed to not be interlinked and that really affects the distribution of teams, and how reserve football works. Or is there prize money involved? I'm just thinking whether there'll be money for upgrading facilities, or whether it's park football all the way for 10 or 11 levels. Or better, rename a wee cup comp in Munster contested by the lowest levels, "The Craggy Island Cup". nb. One of my favourite football club names is 'Waterford Crystal'. If you are interested and if it's of any use to you, you are welcome to the work I have done with a similar project. I worked on it for a few years (a few FM versions). I haven't touched it since FM20 (family commitments put an end to that ). I'm not even sure if the data imports properly into the latest FM23 version, or if you can import parts of the data to use or add to what you already have. I am not super skilled with the advanced editor to really go into fine details though I really wanted to, but for me there was just too many errors using it. What I ended up with was the entire football structure in RoI, with a fairly large amount of regional cups; working perfectly in FM20 (so if you have that version installed throw in the file and it should be good to go); anyone who is interested/skilled enough using the latest editor and is interested in cleaning this up for FM23 and getting it up and running, go for it. I guess that you might want to work on FM24 if you'll plan on buying a new desktop, so that you'll be starting over the scratch. Are any other Irish football league databases aside from this if I'm planning to use the extended leagues? Other than that, hopefully, you'll plan on doing that database at any time soon.
