No, just the best relegation battle. If United/Chelsea/Arsenal were going for the title today as well then it would be the best

Asking a bit much there. But i was meaning in terms of everton getting champions league place, bolton in UEFA, Chelsea setting all their records, Southampton down, West Brom up. Delia Smiths rant. The list goes on. Brilliant and by far the best.

Yay. F*ck off Southampton! Lets see Harry's excuse. Your team defensivly is one of the worst I ever seen. Have been all season and deserve to go down.

West Brom are great. reason they stayed up? They sorted out their defence. Robson came in a built it from the back. West brom didn't conceed 4 every game when Bryan got them playing the way he wanted. Robson manager of the year.

Everton and Bolton achieving success? That's strongly on the negatives list.

14 Newcastle 38 -10 44

15 Blackburn 38 -11 42

16 Portsmouth 38 -16 39

17 West Brom 38 -25 34

Anyone think at least 2 of these teams are going to be down near the relegation zone next season?

Yup. Portsmouth and Blackburn will probably be pushing for top-half finishes too icon14.gif

Not with our current squad we won't. If we don't strengthen significantly we are down already.

Best last day since that season when Everton came back from two down in a game they had to win about a decade ago. Or maybe that was Coventry. Either way, that was ace.

But this tops the lot. Bottom at Christmas, bottom at 3pm on the last day, bottom at half time, still survived - I'd like to see a side top that...

Just imagine what MOTD 2 would be like if it was still on? Chiles would be going mental with all of his WBA chums on the sofa!

Well done to them though. Great achievement since Robson took over. icon14.gif
