A perfect start to life in the league winning 5 out of 5, in the cup I played my kids with the oldest player being two 18 year old strikers and we still won 3-1! In Europe we have no chance of getting anything really.

They all could in all honesty, they all have 5* potential

I couldn't even get one good team in my group, played the Roma game and we lost 3-1, we had more possession and shots though, so I guess that's something.

Another perfect league month and our defence is holding strong, one thing I've noticed is that 14th placed Taborko who have just gotten promoted to the league are actually being run by a tycoon that has spent £7.45m on bringing in 19 players.

Well I'll be here for a minimum of 4 more seasons now so hopefully next time you check in I'll still be at Sparta Prague, I could easily resign now and move onto Denmark, but I'm liking Sparta too much

It looks like we have the league wrapped up already as we have the max points available from 12 games, in Europe we provided a massive upset by beating Arsenal 3-2! ...we were promptly brought back down to earth after losing 6-1 to Real Madrid...

I'm amazed to have gotten any results against them, never mind standing a chance of qualifying I'll definitely be raiding Sparta when I get to England, maybe also when I get to France & Germany.

Winter Break

A good set of friendlies to keep our fitness up for the league restarting.

Ali Al-Mizael was playing less and was getting injured more and as he was the wrong side of 30 I decided to sell him, I had to get rid of Petr Fiser as he was going to leave on a free transfer anyway and I didn't want to get rid of Karel, but Inter met his release clause.

A poor month by our standards losing 2 league games, we managed to hold on and beat PSG 4-2 on penalties, which puts us up against Manchester City in the Quarter Finals -_-

A good month in the league with 2 wins and a draw, in Europe the toughest run I can remember is over, Manchester City beat me and now face Barcelona, if we would have gotten through then we would have faced Roma, Arsenal, Real Madrid, PSG, Manchester City and Barcelona in one season!

We've retained the title and the cup, that means goals for me next season is to win with an all Czech squad which means there'll be some major outgoing in pre-season, hopefully the youth players will be able to make the step up.

Thanks I don't know whether to get rid of Marcelo Erpen and Vladimir Krejci, they're both key players but their wages are £27,500 and £25,500 p/w respectively which is over £10,000 more than the next highest wage and we only have 4 players earning more than £7,000 p/w.

The answer is probably...it depends on how much you can get for them and how much it will cost to replace them...

I wouldn't spend anything, Erpen I can replace with YP51a and/ or Libor Kral. Vladimir Krejci is our 2nd best striker and I can replace him with Jiri Schulmeister and/ or Daniel Sustr.

A good start to the season with the slip up against Brno costing us the top spot, we've been given a much kinder European group than last season and I'll look to be able to make it through or at least get a Europa League spot.

Just the 2 league games and 2 wins, we're 2 points behind Dukla Prague but with a game in hand and a better goal difference, the match against Man City went well as we only lost 1-0 and we hold a narrow advantage in the 4th round of the cup.

In the league we are now moving clear of every competitor as Dukla Prague have begun to slip up, in Europe we picked up a win against Shakhtar and against Man City we went 1-0 down in the 89th minute and equalized in the 90th!
