Having very good results with this (v3) tactic, scoring more goals...started using the tactic against Chelsea...and going strong since...

Note...the Real Madrid game, they had 2 red cards...just before the 90 minute mark. So extra time 11 vs 9 . Although I owned them already 11 vs 11, but they managed to score their 2 only chances.

I don't know. I doubt it will create any difference much since I've tweaked the Player Instructions. Probably just one or two settings which makes him trequartista-like

I reckon Griffiths or Paloschi would do the job as striker.

You have to be more spesific than 'struggling'. In the game what do you see?

Passing not connecting, a lot of long shots, create CCCs but unable to convert or what?

Cheers. When you went to barca and can't win shows that tactic does matter even on the big teams.

Maybe not that much compared to midtable ones but tactic does make the difference.

I see that you are using 1 winger 1 inside forward system. It works well isn't it with pace on the winger

Btw Arsenal's a good side, try increase the wide of the tactic, to the bar same as the tempo. Might even do better.

True it was Barca and he did have a good squad. But when using the wrong tactic Barca can actually lose in the game.

I'm not surprised he topped the league with that team. What I'm looking at is the goal scored. It's more than 3 goals per game.

Yeah the inside forwards are integral parts of the tactic so if you wrongly put players that it'll totally chance the tactic

I had 4.5 avarage scoring per season.Barca is one of those teams that no need to be a genuis to make a killing squad.

Barca is an example of a team that may score goal after goal without any sweat.

Yes mate.the pitch is narrow and used the marking on the AMRLC.

I am going to finish my first season,just 2 games left.

Finished 4th with Dortmund and i'm in the finals of the Europa league and the German cup.

Pretty much disappointed that didnt make it to the champions league.

Tested this with Bellinzona in Switzerland. Been in top3 for half season, after that my results started to suffer a bit, dropped down a few places. Tactic itself is really good, but incredibly inconsistent, sometimes I can dominate Basel, next time I'm dominated

Woin first game against man city somehow have since lost 5 in a row. Its more the manner of the defeats that are worrying not creating a lot getting dominated in possesion. I have tried to fit my squad into the attributes suggested in op

any pointers? the only tweak i have made is playing balanced rather than attacking

My left midfielder has got 2 MoMs in the last 4 games, got an 8.0+ score in each game, scored 1 goal and forced 6 yellow cards from defenders (2 right backs sent off - including jamie carragher - 2 centre backs got caught out of position). Now if only I could get my right midfielder playing like that...

I used to play with your v1 bu conceded too much goals while scoring a lot.

Since i start using your v3. I'm unbeaten in my league with Lyon (france) but i do not overload other teams. I around 25 games unbeaten in a row and 23 wins and only 2 draws. No lost! My regrets are i d'ont get so many chances with my strikers... and Bastos is not doing good as a MOG...

I'll post screens at the end of season. I'm in the play offs of CL with 18 points after 6 matchs (but i had an easy group). We'll see against stonger teams soon.

Yeah v3 is the 'newest' one right now.

I won't be releasing the new tactic just yet. Still very unstable.

I will release a v3.1 though soon, basically the v3 with better fullbacks settings because that's the only one that has been doing well

Seriously hug touchline with the wingbacks. Isn't that making them very attacking and causes big gap on the channels?

Or are you using it so that they are playing wider since the tactic is narrow during defense?

Well you are pompey after all. You really should be more patience with weaker teams since during adaptation period it will be harder compared to bigger team.

Make sure you have the right player as well. Play attacking at home. And you should make sure that during the beginning of the season, the pitch you choose is the minimum one

Oh wow. Didn't know that the LCM could play that well. I was doubting its setting but it's beginning to work well for people now.

Sorry but v3 is less attacking than v1?

Honestly the settings are pretty much the same. The only changes I made are mostly defensive stuff which does not affect attacking philosophy.

But I don't know maybe that indirectly affecting it.

Im playing with barcelona right now i know its easy but just to have some fun.

but i tested it with Tottenham Hotspur as well and won arsenal 3-0 ManU 4-1 and chelsea 2-0 with 6 CCC i got Crash dumps with my Hotspur save =\

anyways this tactic got all you need

possession,lots of goals/CCC strong defence and clean sheet your rivals pooping in ther pants when they meet you (haha) just perfect.

Im still "playing" with the time wasting cuz the wide tempo and d-line is perfect for me.

The only problem is that i cant get the best from my wingers i tried to play narrow so my wingers will be more effective but failed with both attack and support duty.

so the only problem that i have with this tactic is my wingers il keep testing it and update you

Wow V3 really rocks, I'm Boca, scoring a good amount of goals (51 in 19 games), and conceded too little (11 goals in 19 games), this is the best tactic for fm11 at this moment.
