Romeo Valentino
A 4-2-3-1 formation with the 2 wingbacks being very dangerous out wide whilst the 2 ball winning midfielders win the ball and lay it off to the attacking midfielders to threads through balls to the striker and runners from midfield. It is an fluid, quick tempo patient passing tactic which creates clear cut chances and goals for the team whilst providing defensive stability at the back. Tested with a full season with Everton (predicted 8th) finished 4th and Capital Cup finalists. The most consistent tactic ive found on FM14. http://www.4shared.com/file/EpOlC1LA/Valentino2.html http://www.sendspace.com/file/j1x18k GK - Goalkeeper - Defend WBR - Wing back - Support - Hugs touchline and overlaps the midfield. (Runs with ball often / runs down right / gets forward whenever possible) DCR - Central Defender - Defend - Must have high aerial ability to cope with crosses / pace also useful. DCL - Central Defender - Defend - Must have high aerial ability to cope with crosses / pace also useful. WBL - Wing Back - Support - Hugs touchline and overlaps the midfield. (Runs with ball often / runs down left / gets forward whenever possible) MCR - Ball Winning Midfielder - Defend - Sits in midfield but sprays passes around to rest of team. (tackling, marking, passing, positioning) MCC - Ball Winning Midfielder - Defend - Sits in midfield but sprays passes around to rest of team. (tackling, marking, passing, positioning) AMCL - Attacking Midfielder - Attack - Dribbles, crosses, provides through balls and a threat from deep. (passing, dribbling, creativity) AMC - Advanced Playmaker - Attack - teams creative influence providing through balls and chances. (passing, creativity, flair, driibling) - KEY PLAYER! AMCL - Attacking Midfielder - Attack - Dribbles, crosses, provides through balls and a threat from deep. (passing, dribbling, creativity) STC - Poacher - Attack - Scores the goals. Pace, finishing, dribbling, off the ball. (Beats offside trap/ rounds keeper) - KEY PLAYER! Team Instructions - Use all 4. #Higher Tempo - quick passing. #Be More Expressive - allows the creativity of the players to create chances. #Look for Overlap - will ensure the wingbacks overlap the midfielders. #Work ball Into Box - Patient approach to create more clear cut chances. What this tactic does and more info... # STANDARD mentality HOME and AWAY. # Set Pieces set up including a man on each post which will stop many goals. # Creates clear cut chances from through balls in centre but also has width. # Scores goals and does not concede many too. # Long shots all set to rarely. # NOT a posession tactic - does not provides high% posession stats. (Mostly around 50%) # Do not expect to win every game - this is football lol. #Team Talks - Mix it up for best results. Thats all for now unless I add anything I find out later, please feel free to download and give feedback.... http://www.4shared.com/file/EpOlC1LA/Valentino2.html UPDATED VERSION http://www.4shared.com/file/FML-ialf/Valentino13.html http://www.sendspace.com/file/j1x18k
