Thought this would be quite intersting to know how much players go around for in this game.

Fabregas joined juventus for 38 million left after ayear joined real madrid for 67 million now after just 2 seasons he has joined inter milan for 65 million EEK!

Ronaldo went to Roma for £64 million on one of my games.

And Silva went to Chelsea for something crazy like £50 million.

Sounds like Real really lost out if they bought him for £67 million - 65m EEK is only about £3m (sorry lol)

One season, I was after Chiellini, that wicked italian DL. I didn't buy him but I tested to see what they would accept bid wise and it was something ridiculous like £130M.

I'm in year 2017 at the moment and it seems like you have to pay ridiculous money to get anyone. I bought Ben Arfa for £52million then aguero for £60million a year later.

I've previously bought random players from the reserves of League Two teams (while I was the top team in England/Europe/the World/the Known Universe) for upwards of £100m, simply because I could, and the money I was making each season, plus ridiculously good squad, meant I needed to do something to make it tricky for myself. So, the entire transfer budget each season went on a no-hoper from any old club.

The most I ever spent was 60mil taking fabregas to Barcelona on 07, and on 08 Ronaldo joined valencia for 65mil.

I once bought Silva for 90M pounds for my Man Utd team second season after we had won the treble in the first season.

I get to scared spending these amounts of money on one player, i would rather spend 60mil on 50 odd 17 year olds.

loaning out 50 youngsters gets a little tedious though don't you think unless you just let them rot in reserves

Silva to Man Utd for £77mil is the most expensive transfer I've ever seen.

I believe I paid Man Utd 100mil for Ronaldo and 75mil for Rooney and also paid 65mil to Liverpool for torres. pretty much bought the league for Arsenal. no fun, hence I switched to Leeds to get a little bit more of a challenge.

I Paid £70mil for Benzema in 2nd or 3rd season.

I paid £110 Million + 30% sell on fee for Fabregas.

in fm 07 (when financial feeder clubs produced to much money for you) i was somthing like 8 seasons in and my wheeling and dealing at chelsea gave me the best 22 players in the game, a 1.5 BILLION balance and 1 BILLION TRANSFER KITTY so i thought id buy rooney as a back-up 3rd striker, i payed £92m upfront. was strange though that after i reached the 1.5 billion area i didnt seem to make anymore money. i quite because i won almost every trophy every season (7 in a season a few times) and all i had to do was scout the best you regens and buy them.

The reason is that there is a balance cap at 2 billion. If you go over that, the balance becomes negative 2 billion. Taht's why SI put that thing into place where you get very heavily taxed or something if your balance is getting anywhere near 2 billion.

I paid £81million for a Regan called Diego Ribeiro from Lyon! class player... dont use him now! only 4 seasons on! haha

i use a 1st eleven players and everyother game rotat with a second eleven, an then i had a spare def, mid, wing and att as the subs for each of those. my £92m rooney was in effect my 3rd team/choice striker. (I PLAYED 1 UPFRONT)

He eventually went for £90m after demanding a new challenge. I'm in 2030 or so now and I still haven't seen a transfer fee anywhere close to that.

Just bought a 26 year-old regen for €105 million. The funny thing is that I sold the same player when he was 18 for 30 million and a 50% on clause. In the end I had to pay €52 million.
