Legionaire
Have a lot of game on steam and never really have any problem that prevent me playing. Also many publishers make their games steamwork on pc these days, except ubi and ea, but ubi has their always online requirement, and ea starts to require origin(fifa12 and bf3)

monkeezgob
Criticism of Steam is allowed round here. Steam is merely a data mining marketing tool. Nothing more.
Dune297
Criticism of Steam is allowed round here. Steam is merely a data mining marketing tool. Nothing more. Hmm. That's why I've saved thousands purchasing off Steam. Makes sense !
edwingray
Living in Germany means that I cannot play the demo because it's only available through Steam. In the past I have usually bought the game every year, but only after having had a look at the demo. This option is now not possible.

IMT
This will not change their minds, either use steam or don't play the game. Simple really. I have seen the lads from SI say that too, terrible customer service, think SI will notice a big downfall in sales this year, and what they are trying to achieve won't anyway.
