Normally it is because they are youngsters looking for experience, and players notice that, but sometimes they back the loan deal because they don't like the player. I was even thinking about moaning on here about it as it seemed odd/annoying that every time a player went out on loan, some team-mate or other felt the need to "back" the move. Yea I've found this happens if the loaned player has been unsuccessfully been tutored by a senior player, the senior player will be happy they've left lol.
