CooCooKaJoo Posted January 27, 2010 Share Posted January 27, 2010 So last nite i win the premiership for the first time on the last day over man city on goal difference. in this game one of my players breaks the premiership scoring record, and my clubs scoring record, and then at end of season, i win lots of awards etc. i save the game on the day of my 1st ever champs league final, cos its late and i have to be up the next morning. today i go to load the game, and it will not load. no explanation, doesnt say its corrupted, it just says it cannot load it. my next most recnt save is feburary. i am very very annoyed but anyway, anough venting. does anone have any idea why this has happened or how i can get my save back? I lost a month through my first crash at the weekend, thankfully it was pre-season so I only lost a few friendlies and transfers had already been done. Administrators Neil Brock Posted January 27, 2010 Administrators Share Posted January 27, 2010 Personally I have it on incremental and 'save as' after every game anyway (habit from testing) - but it's easy and quick enough to do this, then go back after a while and delete say every other one so it doesn't take up too much space on my hard drive. CooCooKaJoo Posted January 27, 2010 Author Share Posted January 27, 2010 ok so i reinstalled, and kept my main save games, but they all remained anyway. however it still wont load my main save. okay i can just about live with that. so i continue from febuary and now, everytime i try to SAVE from that one, it goes all the way up the loading bar, and then says SAVE GAME FAILED The game could not be saved.
