The Outcast's League (Sign-up Thread)

Three spots remaining for anyone who wishes to join, but you must choose a nation ranked from 155-208. Thanks.

Following a domination of the world game by the higher ranked nations, and the lowly nations not being given a chance by FIFA, an amalgamation led by Des Tiny and the heads of twenty eight nations ranked outside the top one hundred in the world have come together to form the "Outcasts League." UEFA has agreed to give them spots in the European Champions League on the condition that they create a club for each of the nations and use them as feeders for the nations. So Des Tiny has asked for applications from any of the nations from outside the top 100 to apply for his league. He is looking for solid applications and he will provide them with funding to build their clubs to a state where they will be able to compete. Des is looking for 14 nations, who can name his star striker in Jose RR's, from within the positions 101-154 in the world Rankings and 14 nations from 155-208. The top 14 nations will be placed in his Premier League and the next 14 will be placed in Division One.

Premier League

Division One

The rules of the league state that you can have no foreign players, everyone in your squad must either be of the league's nationality or your clubs nationality. Each club will be allowed to pick up a squad of twenty-six players, four from outside their nationality, three of these will be previously uncapped and given nationality and declaration for their clubs nation, the fourth will be a marquee player who can be anyone in the footballing world, Tiny will cover the bulk of the transfer fee, but the club will have to bid for that players contract. This player will be given citizenship of the Outcasts League itself, this means while they can play for their club they will not be available for internationals, make your decision wisely.

As once I have posted this it means this is what your team looks like in the database. I have included the foreign alphabets when creating clubs where possible.

Selecting your Players

How the Players Selection will work: Firstly I will load up a database with the nationalities loaded from each of the ones you guys have selected, then you can go through and pick exactly who you wish to have in your team. This will be a squad of 22 players from within your nationality only to begin with. Once I have a 22 man squad from everybody then I will create that database and load a game using it. It will be from here that the next selection will follow, being the 3 uncapped players and a Marquee player. For this I will ask for a submitted form by PM. Forms below, these will need to be submitted by PM at a time when I ask for them.

The Next Step

Hello again everyone, can I please request the following from you. I want you to send a list of ten players in order of importance for your own team, these players must be uncapped and will be given out on a draft basis similar to the American draft system, so if you pick first in round 1 you will pick last in round 2. I will set-up a random system to draw this order. Can I also please have the Marquee players of your choice along with the amount you wish to pay for him. Thanks everyone. If you wish to submit more than one possible Marquee Player then do this but give me an order so your first player bid goes in first. Cheers.
