Sub Rules - 7 substitutes on the bench, allowing 3 substitutes during a game + a goalkeeper substitute. There will be no relegation and no promotion spots, just a fixed league. Prize money will range from £15,000,000 down to £1,000,000 depending on the finishing position. Television money will mirror that of the English Premier League, with £40,000,000 over the course of the season. If we don't get one more person soon, then I will sign myself up. I have sorted out all 19 teams and their information. All I need to do now is sort out the 19 chairman and 3 cup competitions.
