Yes , some personalties have fixed ranges. For example personalty X has 10-20 amb , 15-20 prof. and 17-20 det. Then i calculated how close they are from a perfect personalty (20-20 on everything). It's a indication, your player with balanced personalty could be the best one with everything on 1-14 but in reality he could have 14 for the three most important parts.

@Seb Wassell a small question. If u change your hoyd , will the one we 'sack' still have some influence on the next intakes ? I mean are they influencing youth players from 10/11/12/13 or if the influence of the new one 100% more important ?

We had a great season . We didn't dominate like last season but we are promoted (back to back).
The oldest club in Andorra are back in the Primera Division.
In the Copa Constitució we lost for the second season against Santa Coloma (first division) in the quarter final.
Key Players
Hernandez 21-3 had a great striker and is the topscorer of the league. Oliveira 21-7 was again very important on the wing with 13 goals and 6 asssits.Academy Records

didn't expect this.. with our average attendance of 139 ..
Manager Thoughts
Very enjoyable second season with a new promotion. Unlike the first season, I didn't lose any players this time. Unfortunately, I do get offers every day so I have to give the players new contracts every time (with bonuses for goals, assists etc). Very frustrating.
On the one hand I am looking forward to next season but on the other hand the progression and level is so slow that I start doubting again.

Best of Class 2023
Peón 23-1 has the best overall attributes and good determination. Reis 13-3 seems to have some good attributes to play at the AMC position. Torres 23-4 has a resolute personality.
Ghana is new on the list.

Ah, a really good intake and the Haitian fellow is very good, but he is outshined by a Czech defender.
This kid is going to be tossed straight into the first team!
I have no idea what a Haitian are doing in Czechia, but I'll take it! This seems like the new ambassadors son!
Statistics:
Haiti is the standout, but we also got an Englishman as well as a few Slovakians and another Montenegrin.
Hruby is good. unambitious but good determination.

We had a great season . Even when we lost our three best players for free, we still kept winning. After finishing first we had to play a final against Ordino b.
Fun facts : our B team had an average attendance of 471 , we 333 :o
We are back !
In the Copa Constitució we lost after penalties against Santa Coloma (first division).

Oliveira 21-7 is our best remaining youth intake player from 2021 . He was a real force from the right wing . Quiroz our best striker, scoring 19 goals.Academy Records
Had some youth internationals but they left the club already. Only two players with U18/19 caps, i'll only count from U21 apps.Facilities changes
We upgraded our junior coaching and recruitment in the mid-season.
Manager Thoughts
After our unexpected relegation last season that I could do nothing about, we are now back after an expected promotion.
We became semi-pro so I will hopefully be losing some fewer good players. During this season, I have lost 7 of them including four key players and two of the three best youth intake players from class 2021. I hope that we can compete in the second division and that I can improve the staff. Better youth intake is needed because this season's was weak.

When I look at the Home-Grown status, most of them say that they are "Trained at club (0-21)", but they have a due date for "club (15-21)" that's in a few years time. So that means that I have to wait 2-3 years to play youth players and the same for every intake going forward. And I don't think that's much fun really.

Since they already stole 3 of the first intake, please give me many more . I was able to extend my Recruitment to excellent and coaching to fairly basic during the first season.
Poor intake . Average rating is much lower and not the best personalties.. what should i have expected in third tier of Andorra with amateur status

Baia 22-7 could make it into the first team as AMC backup. Carrasco 22-1 is a tall DC but not sure if he'll make it.

The one I used only had 2 tiers, and Massana finished last. I can't remember where I got it from, either this forum or somewhere else, but I've added it to this post (this is not my creation, so if the creator want's their name here, PM me, and I'll add it!). I didn't find any with 3 tiers at the time...

no problem. I lost 6 players (two of three best youth players from the first (holiday) intake) but if i go up , i'll be semi pro again.
Season is flying and i'm enjoying it.

Lost my first player... all the teams from 1th and 2th tier are bidding on my free amateur players, i can hold some with new '0' contracts but.. my main gk left
@XaW it is ok that i continue like this ? relegated team from second tier , not the number last from third tier. I'm using the same database as u (i think their is only one online) and u didn't had Massana going down ?

Macland is from Belgium with Andorran second nationalty.
After @XaW's adventures with Massana and a long search for a team in a short league in a small country (77500 residents) with different nationalities at the youth intakes, I have finally found my right team. I hope!
FC Encamp finished last (I had to save scum for a few hours to get them into that position because they were predicted to finish 3th ) in the second tier in Andorra. I thought there was no relegation from the 2nd tier and i could start with them there.. Apparently with this file there is. I can't choose the promoted team from 3rd as it is a B team, I hope it is ok that I start with Encamp in 3rd tier @XaW? I had already written the whole intro ..
21 matches in the league will hopefully make me play fast. I will use instant results in the less important matches. All the rest I will be playing myself (3d).
I start with 23 senior players , 11 youth players from first intake . I was able to sign the players with expering contract to an amateur contract. Almost all the good players are wanted so i could lose a few..

History FC Encamp
FC Encamp was founded in 1950 being the dean of the Andorran premier league and the second football club created in the Pyrenean country of Andorra after FC Andorra (founded in 1942). The club won the Primera Divisió in the 1995/96 season. Then five years later they won their second league title in the 2001/02season, which meant they qualified for the UEFA Cup. The following season they finished the season in 2nd place being, qualifying them to play in the UEFA Intertoto Cup.
Disaster struck when they were relegated to Segona Divisió at the end of the 2004/05 season. In the 2005/06 season, they were promoted back to the Primera Divisió. However it was the same story in the 2006/07 season finishing in 7th place in the table and being relegated. This time round it took 2 seasons to come back to the Primera Divisió in the 2009/10 season.
However, during 2 bad seasons in the Primera Divisió FC Encamp were relegated in 2011, returning the 2011–12 season in the top flight. They had some stability over the coming seasons where there were no relegations, even though at the end of the 2015/16 season Encamp finished 7th and were originally set to compete in a two-legged relegation play-off against CE Carroi. It was announced that Encamp were awarded the tie against CE Carroi 3-0 due illegal lineup during the first leg of the relegation play-offs, therefore Encamp remained in the top flight.
Then finally in the 2018/19 season FC Encamp were relegated once more to the Segona Divisió finishing last in the league.
The club have not won many trophies over the years with only 2 Primera Divisió titles and winning the Segona Divisió 3 times. Their best finish in the Copa Constitució was runners up in 2000.
They are the 8th most reputable club in Andorra which is a good bit off the top spot. It would be one of my main aims to get them to number 1. The fans affectionately call the club, El degà (the dean) or Encampadans.

Facilities
FC Encamp are the only club in Andorra to own their own stadium, Camp d’Esports Prada de Moles. This is a huge bonus as all of the other teams share the same stadium.
Encamp is one of the parishes of Andorra, located on the Valira d'Orient river. It is also the name of the main town in the parish. Other settlements include Vila, El Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, el Tremat, la Mosquera and Les Bons. As of 2004, it has about 11,800 inhabitants. The center of the municipality lies 1,300 metres (4,270 ft) above sea level.
FC Encamp shares this stadium with FC Andorra (Spanish third division).

This is the FM20 database ? in the FM21 database their is a strange prize money bug for the winner of the championship and 'second' group.. they both get 250k a season.

Lierse SK went bankrupt, more than half of their supporters chose Oosterzonen (now named Lierse Kempenzonen, Division 2 club).
The others went to Lyra, now named Lyra-Lierse. The badge is actually a tribute to Lyra, as the red part are their formers colours. Very different approach from Lierse Kempenzonen, who just erased everything that had to do with Oosterzonen. At least you're in for some sweet games against them in the future!

Yes they start in the 4th tier so if they pop up after one year of holiday, u can pick them.
