    We've tried to replicate it but when offering the players out with a promise of no contribution required, we did receive offers. That said, we are looking to offer more variable string options as the one size fits all option we seem to have at the moment doesn't come across well in a situation like this.

    Looks as if you're on FM Touch, which is showing the correct colour scheme.

    Could you provide please a screenshot of your Match preferences, a PKM of the match and a dxdiag file? I'll attach links to guide you through it below. Could you also try setting the crowd quality to Low before they go into a match and see if it reproduce?     Would you be able to provide us with the steam logs for both the host and the client, please? To do so; 1. In explorer type %localappdata% and press enter2. Click on the folder sports interactive3. Click on the folder football manager 20224. Click on the folder logs5. Copy these two logs DISTRIBUTION_EPIC_CHANNEL and MATCHMAKING_EPIC_CHANNEL6. Add you name to these logs for example MATCHMAKING_EPIC_CHANNEL john smith7. Attach these logs with any network issue along with your save, images or videos

    I'm really sorry it's been a few weeks without a response, the thread was missing and I can only hold my hands up for that. If you're still around, and it's still an issue, could you please provide a save file? We'll investigate as soon as we can.

    I'm really sorry you never got a response here. 4 months is hardly helpful, I know, I only spotted this when double backing through old threads. If you're still around, would just like to assure you this has since been resolved, if you didn't notice already. Thank you for raising this, and I assure you if you do so again it won't be this long without a reply!

    Apologies for the delayed response, we didn't notice that had resurfaced. Do you have a save file before the match where it happens? It can be a new example as well. A PKM of the match (which you should still have regardless) would also be very helpful.

    Really sorry for the delay here but it's proven very difficult and one we've struggled to reproduce. If you're still around and have a new example, or have the existing one, could you please provide a save file for us to use please?
