  7. To confirm you have now given permission to access your disk, is that correct? When you say there are only a config.xml in your game folder, did you see the folder being empty in FM19 or via the Finder?
  8. Hi, looking at the crash dump file, it seems to be related to your graphics driver? Can you uninstall and reinstall your graphics drivers and any associated programs, please? Thanks.
  9. Are you using any custom graphics/skins/logos/faces? If so can you remove them, please? Also can you try using the normal retail version and see if it helps, please? Thanks.
  10. To confirm, are you still having issue with load game or only when you tried to create a new manager? You've mentioned how you don't receive any crash dump files, which is very strange. It would be great if you can record how you get "thrown out" to Windows - https://obsproject.com/. Would you also be able to attach your Dxdiag so we can check if your graphics drivers are up-to-date please? Thanks.
  11. Can we confirm if you are using custom graphics/faces/logos/skins? If this is reproducible 100%, would you be able to upload the save just before it freezes to SI Cloud Service and let us know the name of the save, please? Thank you.
