    Thanks for the info. To confirm did the game crashes after you have deleted add-on? Also did you delete caches and preferences folder from File Explorer when you said you have cleared caches and preferences? If not please click in this link and see how to do it - Also can you reproduce this crash or is it random? Does it happen in matches specifically? Or other places? Let us know how you get on, please.     Thank you for your advise. To confirm, you have used the Drive Booster to update your graphics card? May I ask if you can try one more time reinstalling your graphics card via the Official AMD website?     Hi there is nothing particularly stand out from your Belerac report (hidden the post for privacy protection). As a test I would suggest you try deleting IObit - Driver Booster and see if this helps. For your tactics question, users are unable to import FM19 tactics to FM18 due to the new changes to tactics in the new release. Thanks.

    Do you have any backup saves for this save, if so can you load them and see if the names has been affected or not, please? Also, are you using custom database for this save game? Can you remember when did you started to have this issue? Was it after an update or just randomly? I would suggest you to take the following steps: 1.     Can you reproduce this crash? If so can you upload the save (just before it crashes) to the SI Cloud Service, please? Please let us know the name of the save after you have uploaded it, thanks.

    Have you tried uninstalling both graphics card and its related application/software and then as a test only reinstall the 7400 graphics card first and test playing the game and see if this works, please? I would suggest you to delete caches and preferences folder via file explorer again, just so it refreshes the game, please. Let us know if this helps, thank you.

    Hi would you be able to tell us the name of your save game which you have uploaded on the SI cloud service, please? Are you using customs graphics/logos/faces/database? If so can you remove them as a test and see if helps, please? Let us know how you get on, thank you.
