Hello @al_hk, at the moment in game, both Tsui Wang Kit and Andy Russell are considered to be "foreign", however these two players will not take up the foreign players (not including Hong Kong, Macanese or Chinese Taipei players) slot, therefore you can still include the correct number of foreign players in your squad. We do understand your concern in terms of the Hong Kong, Macanese and Chinese Taipei players to be considered as a "foreign player". We want to ensure you that we are looking for ways to improve this aspect of the game and to make it clearer for the user to understand the Chinese league rules in the future. Thanks.

  7. Can you guys try to delete the caches folder via the File Explorer, please? The default location should be: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Editor 2020\Caches Let us know if this improves the performance, please. Thanks.
  8. Hello, you should be able to input these character in the search bar. May I ask how do you input these characters in the search bar? Have you tried Alt + 0230 (number pad) and see if æ appears in the search bar? Thanks.

  10. Can you try download different custom database and see if it works, please? The custom database file should be a .fmf file
  11. Are you referring to the arrow key "<" next to the player's name? This "back" button is designed to go back to the previous item that you've searched for. Let us know if this is what you are talking about. If not, we would suggest you to record a short video of this issue so we can see it. Thanks.
  12. As mentioned by Kyle, since all of your crash dump files are different, can you let us know how you crashed the game most recently, please?

If you want to do a complete uninstallation of FM20 please delete the following folders: First up, uninstall - so manually remove everything from these locations (would suggest backing up any saves first): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Football Manager 2020 - you can remove this completely without issue C:\Users\Your Windows Username\AppData\Local\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020 - if you have any saves in your cloud -> games folder back these up first C:\Users\Your Windows Username\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2020 - again backup any files in your games folder Once these are all gone, uninstall and reinstall Steam as instructed here (pay particular attention to how to backup any other games if you have them installed via Steam via the 'Important!; section) - https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=9609-OBMP-2526 Let us know how you get on.
