Assistant Manager says Golden Generation. Interface says poor intake. Pog.

Am running through a Gibraltar save in preparation to do one after early access period is over. My youth intake screen appears as such; all are listed as "Free Transfers" whereas previous editions show which team they are from. Also, I have de-selected all nations but the youth intake still appear. Even when I select a few nations, all intakes still appear.

Have selected myself to be responsible for trainings, but can't change tactics to be trained. Ending up both head coaches for reserve and u18 team training manager's formation.

With reference to two screenshots, one screenshot was preferred formation before being signed as Reserve Team Head Coach (Russell Siew - FC RB Salzburg hopeful.fm), and second screenshot was formation change after being hired (Russell Siew - FC RB Salzburg hopeful P1.fm). The initial reason why I even hired the coach was hoping that it would help change the training bug whereby even if I set myself to be responsible for team and individual training, I can't set the tactic trained to my preferred one. Hoping for the reserve team to train 433 DM Wide, the head coach changed the formation to the previous head coach I fired.

Title - Can't get work permit for Reserve Team Staff - Gave contracts to 4 Reserve Team Staff Steps to Reproduce - I have uploaded a save game called "Russell Siew - FC RB Salzburg staffs contracts offered.fm" - Sim to 7/8 Oct but they are still not offered work permits.
