  • Head Coach Changing Formation After Being Appointed

    With reference to two screenshots, one screenshot was preferred formation before being signed as Reserve Team Head Coach (Russell Siew - FC RB Salzburg hopeful.fm), and second screenshot was formation change after being hired (Russell Siew - FC RB Salzburg hopeful P1.fm). The initial reason why I even hired the coach was hoping that it would help change the training bug whereby even if I set myself to be responsible for team and individual training, I can't set the tactic trained to my preferred one.     Yeah this isn't working as intended, we'll get this investigated but due to the time of year it may not be one we can fix until a future edition I'm afraid. Thank you again for bringing it to our attention though.

    Is it in the FM code that coaches change their favorite tactic to another due to a league or team change? Or should they play the same tactic all the time?
