One Brazilian goes the next one comes.

I look at Marcao for quite some time and was ready to buy him, if he goes out of the league.

He is basicly the older version of Ribamar. Strong and good in the air -> Target Forward 

And compared to Rafael Silva/Min Ilva he loves big matches. 

He also loves Asia and performs pretty well.

 

There are 2-3 player, which could be ready before the WC 2026.

Quiang means strong and powerful.

Last quali game agaisnt Bahrain. Also I invited a European team again.

A lot of injuries this time.

There are two more debuts besides Quing Cao.

 

Huang will not be here for a long time. He played 2 really good games in a row for Shenhua and also scored 2 goals.

That is his reward.

Well....Danilo is still here and is choosing between our new deal and Bayer 04.

 If he goes we got two replacements, if not Martinelli will share the foreign bench spot with Ida.

3,5 mio release clause.

I wanted to buy him for like 2 season for like 15-20 mio, but he refused and wanted to stay at Fluminenses.

 

Fofana is the Danilo replacement or his future partner.

He is already 25, which means he is hopfully "save".

Only one youth cap for France, no 2nd nationality.

Mandatory fee next summer, because of the regulations.

Yes is the standard 5 years.

Danilo, Cuisance, Ribamar and Fofana could be all ready for 2030. (sadly Calegari left us....)

I got high hopes on that, because nobody wanted any release clause and no mother nation are sniffin.

 

With Danilo and Fofana we would have a physical midfield block, which also got amazing passing and vision.

Ribamar is once again a player who does the job. Big powerful stiker, which bangs in goals and he also can be a provider of the assist or assist the assist.

 

And Cuisance is a big surprise for me too.

The first year he was moaning about the training every week and I was pretty mad about it.

But then suddently he turned a switch and exploded.

Every game he scores 1 free kick or pen, scores 1 goal from open play and assist atleast 1 or 2 goals.

He is playing as IW on the left with personal instructions.

 

I think overall the PIs are the reason we are that successful. I dont think my 4231 tactic is that special.

Very nice story, China is a complicated nation to rise, but you seem to nail it so far ! Maybe something you could dig on (but I doubt it when I see how good are your regens now), there is a club in Portugal (3rd division) called Oriental Dragon, and it is created to developed Chinese player in this country.

I'm also very impressed about Cuisance's performance, he is more a MC to me, but he is a monster is IW in your game. And I thought he was playing on the right side ?

Did you personalize every player in every position ?

But I think I can do that with teams like Guoan, Taishan, Port very quickly too.

 

I did the PI thingy couple FMs before and I just wanted to try it out this time too.

Some things just can also adjust with traits.

 

Its pretty simple:

 

Dribbling

0-9 -> Less

10-12 -> Standard

13-20 -> More

 

Shooting

0-9 -> Less

10-12 -> Standard

13-20 -> More

For midfielder or wingers I also look at the long shots.

 

Passing 

0-9 -> Less

10-13 -> Standard

13/14-20 -> More

"Take More Risks" can sometimes be 14+ for a player, if he got mediocre/bad vision.

 

Crossing

0-9 -> Less

10-12 -> Standard

13-20 -> More

 

 

 

LIke I said he plays as Inverted Winger:

Dribble More - Hardcoded for IW - 13 Dribbling -> Check

Take More Risk - 16 Passing -> Check

Cross More Often - 14 Crossing -> Check

Standard Shooting despite having 15 Long Shots, because he gets in the box and I dont trust the 7 finishing. He scores enough bangers.

 

 

Other examples:

 

Awesome B2B player with 14 dribbling and 14 passing -> So Fofana is allowed to do those things more.

 

  

Guoqing is our main RB after the loss of Calegari.

He cant dribble, cant shoot, cant pass and cant cross.

Still he got a 90% pass %, 90% tackle % (ignoring the CL) and a 7.0+ rating.

Why?

Because I reduce the amount of mistakes he can make.

 

And thats basicly it.

I got a filter, which shows me every chinese player at non Chinese clubs. Only 60 players generated beside China and the best one is the guy from Dallas, which is not playing for us.

For the club:

The bigger the scouting package the better.

 

For the national team:

If you start a save the bottom of the 5 in ticked on. 

Unselect the "Players unwilling to consider representing...." And you can see every player, which could play for the NT.

So you can follow the players which got multiple nations and are still uncommitted.

And you can talk them every 2-3 months.

Youth Intake 2024

Decent intake again.

Sadly again an AMC, I would rather take some keepers or defenders.

 

Joao Adrega flew all the way from Portugal to play for Shenhua.

We are gettin more and more players from all over the country.

Again 3 players from Jiangsu, also 1 from Hunan and Zhejiang,

And we adding 3 new provices to the list, Hubei, Hebei and Shaanxi.

I didnt really test it really in lower league for e.g. VNL.

I would maybe go 1 stats lower for each, but I would still keep this system.
