During January I've been for two interviews, as my contract is up at the end of the season, and I don't think I'll get another one

and I've already had a no from Ipswich, but await an answer from Burton

January wasn't good, although we did end the month with two draws

although one of those was against the bottom side, and they are surely doomed?

And I've decided to leave Eindhoven before I hear from Burton, so I'll either join them if they offer me a job, or start applying for others if they don't. My next job will be my last try to kickstart this career again

I was listed as favourite for the Sheff Utd job, despite not having applied. When I did apply, they didn't shortlist me for interview. They went for this guy, so I've applied for his old job instead

Some decent players there, together with some complete dross!  Although most of them have good potential for the level.

Definitely the nucleus of a good starting 11.

Preseason results could hardly have been any better

And I made a few signings in the transfer window

Mike Cooper is a goalkeeper I've signed before

Eric Elstone's loan becomes a permanent deal

Sonny Ruggles improves our options on the right wing

and Tyler Hamilton provides backup at left wing

Which means our squad looks like this

The bookies certainly aren't expecting anything from us this season, and the board only expect top half as well. I'm targeting at least the playoffs.

tbh when I saw that I had a notification, I was expecting it to BE Nobby

A terrible September, but we ended the month with a brilliant win

and we're a long way off where we want to be

September seemed a better month and promising that the lost games were only by the odd goal, cut those out and draws or wins will come!

my Kettering save I keep conceding goals in the 90th+ min, no matter what I do, battering sides just not getting the goals and then I know we can’t keep a clean sheet for toffee! 3 loses on the bounce ruining a good start to life in national league.

We were unbeaten, but not impressive, in October

and we are slipping uncomfortably close to a relegation zone we should be nowhere near

A better November, but definitely could have done with more of those wins coming in the league

and we're still in huge trouble at the bottom end of the table

December saw a return to poor form after a promising start

which left us uncomfortably close to the bottom two

and after being called to a second meeting in a month, I decided that I wasn't going to beg for my job again, and therefore I've been fired

The save is gone, so there will be no continuing. I might come back with another, but I'll only do it if I've got a decent career to show (I don't necessarily mean winning stuff, just if I have a career that might interest people)
