Daveincid Posted January 27, 2018 Author Share Posted January 27, 2018 How the players did so far: - I put a lot of hope into Casimir Ninga....he was extraordinary in the first half of the season! - Trezeguet was injured for a long time....but when he's fit he's a beast. he has the ppm "Curls the ball" I would love tu tutor this skill to a youngster! - Adrien Trebel is our hard worker in midfield, very good performances so far! - Aaron Leya Iseka is my personal surprize so far...At the start of the season i didn't even thought he would play a single minute.... - Brice Dja Djédjé has doing good so far. seems like his international experience helps... - Rivaldo Coetzee developed well throught tutoring! I hope ca can continue this way - Jordan Lukaku had a solid season so far - My wonderkid Yari Verschaeren is already a regular member of the first squad with 17!! - Dodi Lukebakio had a really good start...then came a injury...he needs to improove if he wanna stay in the team! - Sofiane Hanni had a normal season so far...a bit disapointing after an amazing last season... - same as for Hanni Phakamani Mahlambi had solid season, not more, not less - Pieter Gerkens is my big "?"...I can't tutor him anymore and he only fits into SKINA - Our first team defender Kara had a disapointing season so far, especially he was long unhappy because we sold Leander Dendoncker...He's a candidate for a sale in the following transfer window - Serkan Kaya has already gained first team experience. He's a huge promise for the future! - Jorn Vancamp is our Joker, solid season, but should improve a bit in the 2nd half of the season. - Rachid Alloui came new to the club from 2nd league in France, maybe he needs a bit more time...but time is rare in fooball... - Emmanuel Adjeh Sowah will be sold soon - Krépin Diatta didnt improved as much as i hoped. If he shouldn't reach a determination value of 15 until the end of the season he will be sold. - Yassin Ayoub had a long injury, needs time to get back into first team, but i have trust in his skills. - Nordin Jackers didn't improved as good as I thought.....I will keep my eyes open for a new first GK. - Thierry Lutonda's talent is promising, but he needs to learn fast to stay in line with my other hot prospects. - The talent of Antoine Colassin is remarkable! I hope he can continue and take the lead in CM. - Thabo Matlaba does his job. - Eric Matoho's form could be better...I don't know why.... - Mohammed Loua is injured again....and again...and again... - Davy Roef could be temporary our new first GK - Simplice Lusamba might be the GK of the future, but his skills aren't ready for professional football - Khaled Narey had a bad season so far. I will give him some chances until summer. - Our other wonderkid Mathis Suray needs to continue his development and he will play in the first team regularly - Hannes Delcroix is another "?", I hope he can take the next step - Next wonderkid from our academy Theo Leoni also need just to continue his way. - Ritchie De Laet had a serious injury, thats why he only played one game so far... - Dion Martin is also a big talent from our academy. U can win this award if u play and coach in a somewhat similar style as he did when he had many succeses. U can only win this award once in ur carreer if I'm not mistaken. The award itself is quite an honor in Belgium because Raymond was loved very much in the football community (has coached Anderlecht several times also). But outside of Belgium it is not worth much. But it will be a challenge to keep the youngsters at the club, they are so young and i guess they have now already a quite high abillity and reputation....causing belgiums bad performance in the last 2 years in europe the players will be cheaper to buy for the big clubs...or they wanna move into a bigger league. In general a solid championship-season this year with a horrible cup and CL-Season. Looking forward for next season to make RSC Anderlecht great again! I wanna highlight some of them. - Trezeguet: When he's fit, he's a beast! I don't know if his ppm "Curls the ball" helps. he tutored this ppm to Dodi Ludebakio, they will be my right wing for next season. Will be hard for Mahlambi....I consider to sold him when a good offer comes in.... - Casimir Ninga: He's not always our first choice....but if I only look to his stats....he needs to play every minute... - Yari Verschaeren: My personal favoutite! Regular starter with 17, now 18 and a absolutely beast! I pray that he won't leave us too soon.... - Jorn Vancamp: After his loan last summer he just explode! Personalities: We had many improvements in "resolute" and "professional". Determination is also really high for almost every player! He take the chance to play in the EPL. - Yasin Ayoub He had a good time at the club, because we have so many talents in CM and a good offer from Hertha i decided to sell him. - Nicolae Stanciu Was already on loan last season. They took the mandatory fee - Andy Najar Was already on loan last season. They took the mandatory fee - Rachid Alioui He didn't take the chances I gave him. - Eric Matoho He got strong concurrence, too strong.... - Khaled Narey I wasn't that happy with his progress so I sold him - Phakamani Mahlambi He just fitted into SKINA . Bayern took the clause of 40M. What a deal! - Aaron Leya Iseka Not a bad season, but he didn't fit with his personality.... - Ritchie De Laet his abillity is to weak for our goals. - Thabo Matlaba same for him. In: - Hocine Djahal Bad scouting, already released on a free.... - Vincent Kompany So proud on this transfer! Ihope he can keep his CA high over 2-3 years - Allan Nyom New starter on the right side! Quite expensive but definetly an upgrade to Narey - Orel Mangala He's a youngster from our academy, glad he's back! I hope he can improve his personality to fit into the squad. - Mohammed Youssef Pure talent! - Roel Bloemen Also a big talent! Next Kompany maybe? - Luvoyo Mbambo Bad scouting, well see... - Pierre Zebli Decent CM, not sure if he is good enough. Transfer Summary: We made a big plus so far!
