Jakarooney
I find this really annoying, when a player who clearly has many years to grow, but apparently he is playing at close to his potential. Does this happen to anyone else?
Cougar2010
Yes its perfectly normal, happens IRL all the time.
thomit
I'd say Lionel Messi's CA was very close to his PA at 19 years of age. H'e's better now of course, but he had a pretty high CA already as a teenager. "Close to his full potential" does not mean that he's maxed it, does it. Arkim
Are you expecting every or majority of players you find to be wonderkids or high PA players? If so, get ready to be disappointed. You can still get improvement out of such players and better yet, high level of performance. If a player has the attributes, give him a chance. You'd be surprised how well they can play regardless of what your scout's report says.
dafuge
I see that report is coming from a fitness coach with JPP of 8, do your other coaches agree with him?
Guest
That coach has a JPA rating of 8, why would you believe his assessment of the player's potential? edit: too slow in pointing out the obvious.

bulletsponge01
he might have developed close to his max, ive had it happen quiet a bit. im sure he has a little room to grow, but he wont have a lot of potential left (maybe 10-15 points) . hes unlikely to have the 180 potential that im sure you were hoping for, but he looks good
scott MUFC
I have a fully maxed out Odegaard at Man utd in 2018
Sven.
It's still possible that he declines in his unimportant attributes and increase in his more important attributes, so he gets better without increasing in CA.
