he looks like hes developed ok. he will never explode in development because ambition correlates to about 25% of development. but if you continue playing him he should keep growing and be close to full pot by 26 -

i had a striker thaty was a regen stud in 2nd or 1st skybet. he was a monster at that lvl and quickly was top scorer and then got snatched by a big club. he became a english int with many caps and goals and this website you input his attributes and it gives you a CA approximate, what is it called?

since all champ league games are "big games" it can hurt. keep in mind though ive seen players with 9/20 big matches listed as doesnt enjoy big games. so it might not be catastrophic -
