SK Benešov

SK Benešov is a Czech football club located in Benešov, Czech Republic. It currently plays in Divize A, which is in the fourth tier of the Czech football system.

In the 1994-1995 the club played in the Gambrinus liga, top flight of Czech football. Financial problems however soon followed, when the main sponsor was arrested for financial criminality. The club was relegated the same season. In the 1995-1996 season it dropped even from Czech 2. Liga and subsequent relegations followed. Since the 2000s the club plays the fourth-tier division.
