I think there are some players in these teams that others could do with, and because there is no chairman to do business wit then it makes it difficult, if we will be allowed to bid on players of teams without a chairman then do the bidding like the foreign transfers wher the bid is 3x the amount of the value of the player but rather than having it 3x the value have it as 3.5x or 4x the value or if you want you can have them at 3x the value but you have to include one of your players in a swap deal. Word has it that Cartwright has already started the process of finding a new manager. One of the other reasons believed to be one of Boas's shortcomings is the fact Cartwright favours a formation with more than 1 striker, which Boas doesn't play. The only saviour for Boas is that the club are only 5 points off 2nd place and if he can turn round the form they should get Europa League at the least. Cartwright said "Unless we go even further downhill he will get the rest of the season to show he has what it takes to take this club to the next level. We will then assess his performance." They have signed right back Andreas Beck from Blackburn for £20 million after selling him in the summer. They have also gone abroad to sign midfielder Mats Rits and defender Havard Nordtveit for a combined £57 million. Rumours around the club are that they deep in negotiations for another midfielder and the deal should be announced soon. Cartwright said "We need to shore up the defence and I hope Andreas and Havard can do that. Mats will give us a bit of technical quality in the middle, something we lack. We are still shopping." Jparok hopes they will provide assistance in what appears to be a very tight contest for champions league football.
