stevethedog
Bah, heart was pounding from kick off to the end there. If only that was on Glass' left peg. Ach well. I'm not going to moan about the ref, thought he actually had a semi decent game as far as Scottish fitbaw goes. Brown, Lennon, Balde all walked a very tight rope but Mike just didn't look like he wanted to send anyone off. What was Boruc doing for the goal, loved it. What a tackle by Murphy as well btw. Great game, we're awesome. Don't see why any player would want to leave Hibs just now for footballing reasons!

pandaLUFC
Having met MacKay in real life, I know him to be an arrogant, egotistical, self-centred, money-grabbing twat. He should be used as a guinea pig for that "How long can someone live with HIV for?" thread. I severely doubt Brown or Thomson will be allowed (by Hibs) to go to another Scottish side though - for me, they are off to the lower reaches/top of the prem/championship. Richey White
Has an agent ever been quite so exposed through the media? Have what should be personal details over salary ever been included in EVERY SINGLE REPORT about a particular player? I really don't understand all this, I think they know fine well they would be off in the summer in any case, and for two players that have achieved nothing they seem intent on throwing away what looks like being a pretty successful season for Hibs. Still can't understand Brown's timing, I'm ****ed off enough that he's prepared for a played a game (in which he was mince) in full knowledge of what he would do after the game, but doing it at the start of December will just lead to a very unhappy month for Scott I feel. He'll either get pelters off the support or get dropped, with no margin for error in performance. Petire's playing this very well at present, although I fear he may be cutting his nose off to spite his face in terms of not meeting McKay. Who seems hell bent on making Rod's life a misery to be honest. And as for this review period from March to August, seens Hibs were rotten from March to May, and Brown played hardly any games, I'll hazard a guess that you's haven't really earned your £2/2.5k t0 £7k wage rise lads. Pressley, 33, revealed "significant unrest" within the dressing room under the regime of majority shareholder Vladimir Romanov in October. He had been at Tynecastle since 1998 but was omitted from the squad for November's game at Falkirk amid reports of a plot to remove him as captain. "I have enjoyed my time at Tynecastle enormously and will be sad to leave," Pressley told the Hearts website. "Particularly, I would like to thank the fans for their support during my time at the club." Pressley lifted the Scottish Cup in May following a successful season and many point to his presence in the dressing room as the main reason. Hearts head coach Valdas Ivanauskas had been silent on the issue but had recently claimed that Pressley was the club's "cement". "It has been a difficult few weeks for both the club and Steven," Ivanauskas said.
